Always great service but the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is “cashier /employees at times are not very mindful with ingredients you tell them the ingredients (of NON DAIRY MILK) & yet you get actual milk & so they have to re-read the order & remake it & they were out of matcha yesterday & so decided today to call back to see if they any prior to me going rather than wasting my time/money/gas.So I called today (3/30/2022 to ask if there was any in typical fashion HALF THE STAFF ARE MILLENIALS & do not answer the phone while it rings. I decided to go & stand in line & call & I tell you that phone rang,rang,rang & no one picked up.Yes supervisors & baristas in black aprons were there as well & no the store was not fully busy. This is what some ppl like myself mean when I say ppl do not know how to communicate. I have stock in sbux & respect what each barista/employee does I cannot respect lack of communication & disregard for business. Pick UP THE PHONE when it rings!! It’s not decor/an aesthetic!!!
Employees are professional and greet you coming into the store. Even though I took my time the cashier patiently waited for me. Staff are fast and efficient in making whatever I order. Would definitely recommend to all
This Starbucks is a great and convenient location near the corner of Jefferson Ave. and Oyster Point Rd in Newport News, VA in the Tech Center Shopping Center. Easy access to Interstate 64
We had a minor deviation on the drink order. The car before us apparently tired of waiting or perhaps was unsatisfied with something je couldn't get? They left the drive thru from the order station. It's not like this at any other Starbucks I've visited. I would return here for convenience.
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Seems very unorganized. Cashier was making batches of sandwiches (10) at a time. Took 15 min to get a sandwich. The other 2 employees weren’t assisting. 1 was standing at the window and making his own personal drink. The other was making drinks for everyone.
This starbucks is great. The people are always so nice and my drink is always perfect. It can get a little busy with where its at.
Rude drive-tru worker. This guy ignored my request and gave me my food with his head turned to the opposite direction. Very rude and unprofessional. When a person this rude is handling my food I question the cleanliness.
I really like this Starbucks, however when ‘Mel’ is there, my mood changes…only because he always seems annoyed. I attached a picture of my match because I ask for caramel drizzle every time and I always usually get a decent amount where i can see it from the side of the cup, so he hands me my drink and i say oh i ordered it with caramel drizzle and he said it’s at the top ma’am annoyingly. So I take it and when i get to work this is all the caramel drizzle i get….Like really? Whewww Chile I’m trying to be a change person but this ticked me off…I really hope he will lol at this review and the barista that made my drink…DO BETTER
I go here regularly! This is my go-to Starbucks in the area! The staff has always been very sweet and I’ve never waited long for drinks or food!
Friendly service. Allowed to hang out a few minutes and soak up wifi.
