CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!!!Stood at the register for 2 min four staff walking back and fourth not one person cared to take my order or just great or let me know their busy. Word of advice a simple “we will be right with you” would go a long way instead of ignoring completely.Walked out!!3-Jul-22 @ 10:40amWas a young male grey shirt working in a machine by register, an older male black shirt who stoped to help young male then walk past me and lady at drive thru.
This is a very close by Starbucks. That is the only reason we come here, when we don't have time to drive further. We always order the same 2 things and rarely something to munch on. We order a grande vanilla latte with 4 extra sugars and stirred, hot; and grande breve triple shot latte extra hot and stirred. We always leave at least a dollar tip, always. The good news is 3 out of five times it is done right. The bad news 2 out of 5 times it is flat wrong. Today was one of the sad bad days, no sugars in the vanilla latte and there was chocolate in the breve latte which was not a triple shot, and it was just nearly warm if not room temp. We use the drive threw so it isn't until we have driven away that the order it examined. Maybe we'll just drive the extra 10 minutes to a different Starbucks and cross this one, that is so close, off? At nearly $6 a drink that we just pour down the toilet it is an expensive waste besides a disappointment.
I drive the extra distance to go to this one rather than the one closest to me because it's a better atmosphere. The people are all more friendly and it's more comfortable than the one on Mercury Dr.

The staff is always friendly and proactively helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. The coffees and food items are always perfection.
The man that helped me figure out a vegan iced coffee drink was awesome and much appreciated! It helped me tremendously that he was vegan as well! Thank you!
Love this location. Very close to our home. The staff and managers try hard to be friendly and deliver good service. Food orders are accurate. The always apologize if they are out of a food item we wanted.

Very long line in the drive thru but it didnt take too long to move through.
