Drink was good however staff was rude when trying to order drink. Don't get so offended when I tell you the order you repeated back was wrong. And it's not just this location it's all. The should learn that there are mocha frapacino and cream frapacino.
Typically on point! As with all starbucks yoibcan occasionally hit a long wait. I did have to voice my wait on 2 in store visits of waiting 20 minutes for my brew. Staff is friendly!!
I really appreciate Starbucks when they get my order right.
This is my favorite Starbucks in Newport News. The interior is spacious and always clean. The staff is always nice and welcoming. My only complaint is that the focus is almost exclusively on the drive through element (in store design and focus of service). I dare say when you come into the cafe, it feels like you're bothering the baristas or distracting them from heavier work. Another issue (and this is less about this location and more about Starbucks in general): Starbucks cafes in 00s used to be more legitimately "coffeehouses," i.e. they provided "cafe" experiences. You could go in to a Starbucks to read or do work and get to know the baristas, get really good and strong brewed coffee in a variety of blends, and feel a sense of loyalty to "your" Starbucks. Alas, I think that era has passed (it seems). Now Starbucks are mostly in-and-out, alienated places, where overflow stock is stacked on the unused tables that used to be occupied by people conversing, reading, and just being together. This location is better than other locations I've been to in the area, but the problem I've described is endemic to the chain. (This is still my favorite Starbucks in the area).

Whew! If there's Starbucks to avoid it's definitely this one! Placed a mobile order at 10am; pick up time was 10:12am... Pulled up at 10:15am... Line wrapped around the building... Finally get to the drive thru speaker at 10:35am and they started making my order (which I guess at this point is okay since it took me damn near 30 minutes to actually get it once I arrived)
I never really had spent time in a Starbucks, but I'm hooked on this place. It's just a cool, laid back spot to enjoy coffee and a snack.

The drive thru is too narrow. Starbucks is fine but this location is frustrating
