We came here after a long day at an amusement park. It’s a small place, not much atmosphere, but the staff was very attentive. The pizza was excellent, and we would definitely be back if we were local.
Pizza is not good. It is way too salty , not enough sause, sause has no flavor and cheese is too much and the texture is unlike real mozzarella. The pizza dough was like soft bread definitely not proofed or no yeast taste like real pizza. I can tell by the taste how it looks and no crispy crust. Pepperoni did not taste like real and it is cooked all wrong.
Friendly but SLOW service slow. I was told 20 mins. When I went back after 20 minutes. They hadn't even made the pie yet. YUP, another 20 minuteCheap pepperoni! I paid extra for it too and ended up picking it off.I won't be going back ☹️
Food gets delivered at least twice a week , food comes hot and fresh , delivery is on point and the staff is very nice …. The Monroe family
Food is decent...but everytime I come to place a to go order feel like I'm rushed. If I'm paying my money...I want to make sure I get what I want...just a rude atmosphere
We are finding our way around for good pizza places as we just moved to this area of NN. We were both disappointed by Soprano. We ordered a XL pizza with Pepperoni and one dessert.Pizza Looked amazing. I wasnt sure if there was cake in the box as it was so light. I now know why.The crust on the pizza was dry, no flavor and there was way too much garlic and I love garlic. We couldnt eat it.The carrot cake tasted like old plactic wrap and was so small.Giving 2 stars because the staff was polite, pizza was hot n ready when we were told it was, price was reasonable, and all we really tried was the pizza n cake their Italian dinners may be better.
Food was good but service sucked..
Let me start off by saying, very cool people work here. As far as the food goes, not so great. Had it been prepared the right way, it would have been pretty good I’m sure. Sicilian pizza is supposed to be pan made, thick airy buttery crust. My Sicilian. Not so much. Thick dense looks like they pressed two pizza dough balls together to make a thick crust. The pizza literally peeled apart as two pizzas. It was so bad, that my family was grossed out. We did t even eat it. I alsoOrdered a sampler appetizer, no fried mushrooms. Chicken was raw. And I’m not sure about the rest, we didn’t eat that either. So my suggestion is the owner takes a new approach at food preparation, or consumer should just pick a different pizzeria. Thumbs down bro!!! Worst 40 bucks I ever spent.
Literally the best. Never had a bad dish , they are creative with their specials , always get great portions. Salads are awesome! The folks here and at the fort eustis location work hard , and we appreciate y'all!
Ordered alfredo with linguini noodles. Had to pay $4 more to add chicken, and recieved 3 tiny pieces of chicken, less than a bite each, and got spaghetti noodles instead. The alfredo sauce had ZERO taste whatsoever. Someone seriously needs a lesson in using seasoning. ??♀️ I also ordered a salad, which I upgraded to a house salad (for yet another extra charge). I asked for ranch dressing and received Italian. I also waited an hour for delivery when the place doesn't have a single customer in sight (had to go to the store next door after I placed my order and scoped it out). All in all, I spent $30 for a meal that is basically inedible. I ended up adding my own seasonings to the pasta, and had to go out to the grocery store to get a bottle of ranch.I gave this place 1 star, but only because I couldn't give it zero. Don't waste your time or money on this place. They clearly have a huge issue following directions and the food is terrible.
