This is the Most unprofessional establishment with terrible customer service and Food. My advice Stay Far AwayI presume they are under New Management/ Owner that does not care about the customer or Repeat Business. Got My Order incorrect and said You are going to have to deal with it because I cannot sell that. I was not going to go back and forth with an unprofessional individual. So I just threw the food in the trash due to my having allergies which I was trying to relay to this individual. My friend order was correct but the food was awful.The ingredients used were old and you could actually smell and taste the rancidity.We are both Professional Chef's with Degrees so this hit hard for us being part of the Culinary/ Establishment family. So please take Your business somewhere else. Fort Eustis Soldiers and Family do not spend Your money there convenience is not always good. As for everyone else please do not waste your money and gas. This is not the same place you once knew Pre Pandemic not even a fraction. I am only giving the star because it would not allow me to post otherwise. Just stay clear do say we did not warn you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We ordered two Strombolis 12in and 14in. They were awfully big. If we knew how big they were we would have ordered just one 12in. One could feed 3 people. They both were cooked unevenly. Bottom was almost burnt. Top was on the verge of being raw and doughy. The toppings in the middle were unpleasantly in a pile and wet. the juices from it made the bread soggy. We also ordered the sampler which was the best part because we couldn’t enjoy the Strombolis.
**Update to original post: Manager just called unexpectedly and was very kind and apologetic. We will give this another shot, it's not everyday you see leadership as passionate as they were. We do really appreciate that. 4 Stars**I give this 1 star with a heavy heart. This is now the second order were the food was cold and disappointing. We had hoped the last time was just a fluke, but obviously not. We ordered online in advance with a pick up time. The pizza, garlic knots, and wings had been very obviously sitting out for a long period of time. Everything was soggy and cold. We only live 10 minutes away, so we know it's not that. We will no longer will be able to come and eat here, as the food has gone so down hill our stomachs literally can't handle it. It's too bad too, the pizza use to be amazing. It's obvious the love and passion has disappeared from this establishment.
The sandwich was good... But they only had one young lady working the counter, she had multiple issues and it took 45 minutes to get our food. I wasn't upset with her, and it was obvious she wasn't comfortable having to deal with so many things at once. Since that was my first experience at this restaurant, I don't know if this is normal. I may go back, but it didn't give me the experience I was hoping for.
Everyone working here is awesome. Nadine, Sheila, Tar and the others served well. It is the best pizza I've ever had especially the Philly Stromboli and chicken Calzone. The sweet and tangy wings were outstanding. The subs here are really good. The tapioca and gyros are ok. The sweet Tea they make is good. The delivery drivers are very good and friendly. My food has only been cold 2 times out of 20 orders, it happens. The owner is nice also. Love this place 11/10.
This location has really gone downhill over the last year or two. They frequently mess up orders and food winds up being cold. Pizza is still OK but not like it used to be. Also, decided to take a chance on their fried calamari, and I'm deeply disappointed. At least Anna's calamari is crispy, this stuff is soft and soggy. I won't make that mistake again.
This is hands down some of the nastiest food I've ever purchased!!! I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp for 16.99, I received 4 pieces of orange shrimp (they cooked already cooked shrimp and they were rock hard), I also ordered an Italian sub and it was soggy, and the salad had a bunch of brown lettuce in it. Everything we ordered was just not edible and we ended up just throwing the food away. The Alfredo was so bland and the FOUR shrimp I received were seriously bright orange like a traffic cone and they were rock hard. I've never seen shrimp like this and they were clearly not fresh. I live close by so I was hoping this place would be my new go to for quick Italian but I was wrong. Spent 40$+ on this terrible meal. Will not be back
Ordered pastrami sub, it was the worst pastrami I ever had in my life the pastrami was so fatty and bland I couldn't even eat most of the meat.
I called ahead as i only have 30 min or lunch, my food was ready and hot after only 10 min. The portions were generous at a fair price, and tasted great
We absolutely love their pizza and their calzones. Delicious
