Sat at the window for 15 minutes after ordering. Never greeted. Guy outside screaming for a manager or owner. Never paid for my order. Never got my order. This place needs serious changes.
The girl working the drive thru should learn how to talk to people and not be so rude. Her attitude got me so upset I left without even paying for or getting my food. No one has time for that BS early in the morning .

The order was taken quickly. The food was great and hot. Their Shake machine wasn't working, as usual. We had to wait for the 2nd car ahead of us to be served. They only had 1 small bag handed to them.
Have gone to this location 3 weeks in a row for my Boss, to order there new advertised Oreo blizzard. After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru, I try to order and get told machine is broken. This is unexceptable, especially when you have pictures and signs of said new items. Poor customer service. False Advertisement.
940am Drive Thru cashier was rude about French toast sticks? I asked for a #17 multiple times and she kept asking "which one", then got an attitude because. I asked which one's was she talking about. Like, if you don't want to do me a service of taking my order why are you there? And also claimed the slush machine was frozen solid. Ask for the manager and he claimed he was the owner and shrugged his shoulders to the bad customer service and the frozen machine. 02/07/2022Can't make none of this up. No sale.
On the physical menu there is a category that says "Hand Crafted Master Shakes" and there was one in that category listed as Oreo and Reeses Peanut Butter. Sounds great.I order it and the lady condescended on me twice that I called it a "shake" when it should be referred to as a "blast."She rang me up for an Oreo blast with Graham crackers. I tried to delicately correct it. She got upset at me. She was confused and acted like I was a difficult customer for wanting to mix Oreo and Reeses.I tried to explain that I wanted just what was listed on the menu. There was a little back and forth and it was clear that she was annoyed. In the end she said she was going to give me an oreo shake in peanut butter ice cream. Yes...she used the word "shake."As I am about to pay, I realized that I don't want a shake with spit in it, so I left.I am a nice guy. Too nice. I just can't fathom how some workers treat there customers. Avoid this location.
Their frozen drinks are gross. It didn't help that the waitress..waiter...wait...person.. is absolutely determined to be as little help as possible. When asking her (on the other end of a horribly crackling microphone) what flavors of slushy they have she tells me to read them, as she doesn't know. So I try a different tack. I ask her what is a flavor she likes. "Oh. I don't drink that stuff, oh my god!" Wow. Encouraging! I go with a blue raspberry, pretty standard affair as far as slushys go. I take a sip It's undrinkable. Complete garbage fodder. I'd stay away from the Sonic near the corner of Jefferson and City Center BLVD.
Got the hot dog combo. drive-through staff were friendly. Rated poorly because you can find better places/values for hotdogs.
Courteous, quick, and fresh! The folks who work there make it easy to want to return multiple times. Convenient entry/exit from & to a busy street is also a bonus!
