Waited in line,behind 1 person, for 15 mins while being ignored by both staff members. Finally, placed order & waited another 10 mins. Was given the wrong order & it was extremely gross. Couldn't even eat more than 2 bites. Instead of wasting my time waiting in line being ignored for another 20-30 mins. I just threw away the nasty food & left. I lost $ 21. Please do NOT go here. I went to the one in Patrick Henry Mall.
The customer service there is aweful. The food looked dry, I ask to sample it before purchasing I was told no, then I ask if the food is old and not hot can I get money back. I was told no. The short Spanish guy was rude, disrespectful and horrible customer service. Please make this your very last option to get something to eat.
Tried you guy’s for the first time at Patrick Henry mall in Newport News and it was fantastic, love it best pizza I’ve had
The manager is rude & nasty. Online it shows delivery, but when you call to place the order he starts yelling they don’t offer delivery & he only have three people working & his site does not advertise for delivery. When I asked him to pull it up he hang up the phone after yelling NO NO NO
The pizza was disgusting. Pick the pizza up, and all the toppings slid off. If you want bread with sauce and no cheese then this is the place for you. If you want terrible customer service then this is the place for you. Flies were all over the Stromboli and I asked them to make a fresh one and they didn’t acknowledge me and gave me one with a maggot. NEVER buying from there again.
Sadly had a bad experience. One really rude server who messed up the order. The other two workers were awesome and friendly were able to fix it. Food tasted HORRIBLE. It was like old hospital food. I’ve usually heard decent reviews of this place so I was kinda surprised by my experience. Wouldn’t eat there again if it was free. That’s just my two cents
Pasta is overcooked, but I was in the mood for Italian. Nothing beats a heaping helping of spaghetti! The cashier was nice, we made small talk. 10/10 service!!
Working lads, just doing their job. 4/5 will probably eat again.
I went there to use my birthday reward coupon that has the code at the top of it and was told I had to snap shot it and text it to the guy at the register in order to get birthday pizza slice. The coupon said you could print it out or show it at the register. He did not honor my coupon and was rude. I was very disappointed and will not buy food from there any more.
