I was so disappointed, have been a very good customer for quite some time, bartender called me out in front of a bunch of customers saying I owed a tab from thursday, which I know I wasn't in there on Thursday because I worked that evening, then he said I owed it from wednesday, which wasn't true, when I explained to him that my tab was paid the night before, which was a friday, he said I owed for five beers which means I would have had to have drunk them in less than 30 minutes, very unprofessional, very rude, will not go back there again.... Primarily it was calling me out in front of other customers when he didn't know what he was talking about
I ordered the crab balls and hush puppies. It was my first time eating here. When I got home, I noticed immediately that my food was overcooked. Unfortunately, I could not report this as soon as it happened due to a family emergency. I called today to try and resolve the issue. I wanted to place another order but wanted to make sure the same thing was not going to happen. A manager named Mark answered the phone and was EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY TO ME AND HUNG UP IN MY EAR. I called back and he once again started screaming saying it was nothing he could do and disconnected the call before I could say anything. I will NEVER come to this establishment again just solely based on the disrespect from MARK. Do better!!!
I live out of town and looked up a food and karaoke spot to bring a big group. I called and the first person that I asked if they had karaoke hung up on me. I thought maybe we got disconnected so I called back. I asked the same question and she rudely told me only on Mondays and hung up in my face as well. If the owner is reading this you need new employees. Don't advertise and get upset when someone is trying to give you business. Glad I didn't go.
About average bar food, okay service, decent prices, some eye-catching things on the menu but generally I can almost call the food low-quality - just nothing spectacular! Would come again if I wasn’t paying or if I couldn’t come up with any other place that serves similar hearty American bar food, but I’m not sure that’ll happen anytime soon. Experience was fine, no complaints, just nothing to be praised. Cannot speak to the arcade and bar section, which was packed and loud and is exclusive to individuals over 21, but I didn’t want to go in anyway. Max and cheese is made with milk and American cheese (as informed by the chef), and is good, but the fact that it is American cheese alone turns me off a bit. Chorizo chuck burger is fun but somehow too meaty, and doesn’t have enough toppings. The Reuben was alright but no two bites were the same, there should’ve been more jalapeños, and more meat, and I really just wanted it to be a little more hearty and savory. Fries were awesome, salted very well and nice texture. The pink lemonade was not as bad as I remember it usually being. Bathroom was acceptable, although when I got paper towels out of the thingie, I ended up getting a whole big bunch cause it was a little clogged. Waitress hardly checked on us, and wasn’t very attentive, but that wasn’t much of a problem, she was kind and helpful. Bouncer is very large, doesn’t let people bring backpacks inside, and not particularly friendly (although not mean, just not sociable). I think that sums it all up pretty well.
Stays open til 2 am. Chill & Safe Vibe. Mixed crowd. Smoking allowed. The place is busy at times so service can be a tab bit delayed but please be patient they are working hard.

Nowhere to sit. Not enough restrooms. Food was less than desirable. Security is biased. The building is entirely too small for the amount of people allowed. The only thing going for this place is good service from the bartenders and waitstaff.
Good was way better than it was years ago... Menu had changed and they've updated the restaurant part it seems since I've last visited... My wife and I got the pulled pork meal and the pulled pork quesadilla.. my daughter got the Mafia sub and home made pork rinds, my other daughter got the po'boy with fish and fries... My son got the French bread pizza but all in all 5 big stars for sandbar
Fried platter was perfect. Not too much breading and not greasy. Crab balls were full of crabmeat. Not all breading like some places.
Hot spot for a full beer list, friendly staff, and entertaining karoke. Great crowd and vibe. Food from next door is delish.
