I am a traveling Healthcare worker and I've eaten at this place around 6 times. Normally I get the same thing chicken cheesesteak and cheese fries or cheesesteak and cheese fries. I was told to try their tenders and I eventually did the first time not so bad but last weekend on the 11th I tried them again and they were hard as hell burnt dry I called and told the girl she responded by saying that she apologized they must have stayed in the grease to long and they can redue them if I bring them back within 3 days. Mind you she's aware I traveled to the area and they were about to close but she said she took my name and number and will leave a message for the owner to call me the following day. It's been a week I've never received a call no nothing. I will not spend another dollar in this place nor swipe another card. The grease looks like it need to be changed also. I'm leaving a picture. This is not good business etiquette

I just came from the restaurant and I am in complete shock. There was only 2 of dining our check was $45 ! Food quality was tasteless. We left it on the table. It was cold. I mean for real I could have gone to olive garden and been happy when I left. Do not waste your money! I didn't like it, didn't eat it, left it on the table and they refused to refund my money. Beware!

I got an italian cheese steak and it was just okay. Not the best, just okay. The sandwich doesn't come with fries or anything. I probably would need to try it again to actually recommend it to people. It's decent if you just want something quick and greasy. But I'm sure you could find better quick n greasy elsewhere and be happier with the food.

The best cheesesteak ever! However I asked for double provolone and extra mayo and barely got any. I would still go back though because the meat is that good.

This was the best cheese steak I had in a while. It was full of flavor cooked just right. Also had the bacon cheese fries and the bacon to fry ratio was outstanding. This lil hole in the wall is a gem. Will be visiting again real soon.

I ordered an Italian Sub and got back to my office only to find that they gave me a cheese steak. I called and spoke to the general manager, Kaitlin, who rudely told me I can bring it back within 3 days and have it remade or receive a discount on a future order. I told her that was unacceptable and to have someone bring a sandwich and I'd give them this one back. When I told her I wanted someone to bring me a sandwich she said she wasn't going to have one of her employees deliver a sandwich to some random location. I told her I work at City Hall, not some random location. I asked, well why don't you bring it? She had the audacity to tell me she was at work and it sounded like I was trying to keep the sandwich for free. So my options were to burn up my gas and take time off MY job for THEIR screwup. Never again, Rick's!

Service was great. However, my food wasn't the same as the last time I came. I don't know if it was how I ordered it or if it was just made differently but I wasn't as pleased this go round. Overall good food tho.

Food was good. Had the chicken hoagie. The onion rings were sweet and made with beer batter. It is more of an acquired taste. My son had the Philly Steak with red sauce. He didn't care much for the sauce. I would visit again.

The food is good but that's about it sadly. We stopped in for lunch and all but two of their sodas were out. Our server seemed fine at first and our food did come out pretty quickly. When it came out he never asked about flatware, I guess it was assumed we didn't need any. We specifically asked for ketchup and were brought 4 packets for two people to split between quite a lot of fries. When I asked for boxes we were provided two boxes though we were a party of three. The final insult to this place is they will charge 4% extra to take a credit card. They don't really bother to tell you this until you are paying. All around it's decent food but a lousy experience. Sadly this is similar to the last time I was there, four years ago. Hopefully in another four years I'll have a positive experience. If you want a decent Philly and a much better experience try the Philly Shack.
