We were seated immediately and then because our party size was greater than anticipated they moved us without complaint to a larger area! Our waitress was very careful and got our orders correct and the food was delicious. A few of us ordered appetizers and I was surprised how quickly they were brought to the table- and still hot! Everyone is short on servers right now, but this team pulled together and provided great service. I'd definitely come back. I recommend the cheese sticks, any burger on their menus, and the alcoholic milkshakes!!
First thing was they were out of Ice Cream. Second my daughter ordered the chicken sandwich which was 13 dollars . The chicken sandwich was two tenders on a bun. You could order a whole order of tenders for that. How does two small tenders on a bun become a 13 dollar sandwich. Picture is included of the so called sandwich. Next the fish looked already eaten at. You can see from the pictures it looks like someone ate all the corners off the fish. Not worth the price for such lack of quality and amount you receive. Now the hamburger was good but the onion rings seemed store bought not fresh made and had a weird taste. Have had their onion rings before they were not the same this time.
My son and I went here on April 2nd, 2022, after not being able to be seated at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated very quickly, We both got the "Royal Red Robin Burger" with a Strawberry Lemonade. The food came out incredibly quick. My burger was DELICIOUS, and the fries were great as always. The Strawberry Lemonade was pretty good as well.If you like burgers with eggs I highly recommend the Royal Red Robin Burger.
This Red Robin location was absolutely amazing. The food was great , fresh and hot. Our host Kelly was knowledgeable of the food menu and drink menu and was able to give recommendations based on our taste. She was joyful and smiling giving the atmosphere a warm and welcoming vibe . The restaurant itself was nice and clean. I will definitely be returning to this location to enjoy some burgers ! Keep up the great work Red Robin !
So I've always hoped Red Robin would be good. Been here a couple times and meh....but this time.... excellent! Didn't have the drink but apparently it was good. Burgers cooked expertly in my opinion (At least mine was. The others were well done. Kinda hard to mess that up.) Buns were soft as they should be. Fries were bottom less and the bacon fondue was mmm mmm mmm! Service was the best! Hopefully the quality will remain if anyone goes here but one of the best burger spots I've tried lately ?.

Was on Vacation and decided to stop in after we went to the mall. Ordered fried pickles as a appetizer and upon arrival i could tell by the texture and visual the fryer oil had not been changed in quite some time. Ordered the new scorpian burger asked for pink. Came out well done and very dry with very little to no flavor. And a small dab of the sauce on one side. Overall the only reason I would return would be our waiter, She was nice.
Well overall I had a poor experience. Food came out fast ... To fast warm in outside cold inside I wont say what else came with our meal ?. Some staff was friendly while others should have stayed home. My rating is base on this location only, normally I have a good time . I actually took someone there with me for their first time ever. They say they will never go back... You only get one chance to make a first impression.
I predict this restaurant won't last another year. Nasty!!! The burgers are okay but everything else is straight trif. Myself and my husband spent $50 ordered cod and extra crispy fries, ordered a tavern double with extra crispy fries, ordered 8 donuts, 2 strawberry lemonade drinks, and some chocolate chip cookies for the kids. Everything was nasty and nothing was edible. The cod was tasteless and had no salt and also tastes oily like it was soaked in oil (old oil) the fries were soggy, the donuts were fried in the fish oil, because it tasted like chicken and fish. The donuts tasted so bad, it made me gag. The strawberry lemonade was nasty and tart, my husband said the burger was okay and the cookies tastes like straight butter. We ordered curb side and came exactly at the time they told us to come, so no excuse. I called the restaurant and talked with the manager who was very nice and apologized and told us he would do the order over again. We reorder the next day for lunch and instead of getting fish, I got boneless chicken barbecue. Y'all when I say that food was still nasty ???? the fries were fresher and I can tell they tried to make everything fresh but the oil made the food taste nasty. They never changed the oil out and you can taste it. The boneless wings were dry and looked old, the fries oily, the donuts fried in old oil. Nasty ???We got to orders back to back and none of the food was eaten. We love burgers and fries and when we pass up on it, something is wrong. I don't know who is in charge but this store in Newport News Virginia is Soo Nasty!!! It won't be open long, serving food like that. I don't know who is managing it now but a couple of years ago, Red Robins was the spot but not anymore. YALL YOU CAN SMELL THE OLD Oil
