First time visiting and the food was great and the restaurant was spacious and clean. The manager came out to check on tables to see if they enjoyed or needed anything. Unfortunately she bypassed my table which was across from the other table, and didn't acknowledge or ask if we needed anything. I was not going to let that interrupt the great service we received from our waitress. With that being said, I could have been a secret shopper visiting her restaurant but I'm just a visitor that likes to do reviews on all the different places I stop at. Overall experience was great and I would have told her that if she would have stopped for a moment. My advice to her is , I spent just as much money as the other tables did, if not more, what made them more important then my table? I was there around 1:30pm on 5-1-22
Our experience has never been so good. Our server Porsia was wonderful. She knew the answers to every question we asked, didn’t hesitate to accommodate us with our difficult food orders because of allergies, and went above and beyond every time we needed something. my experience has never been so wonderful. Y’all are doing great adding staff like this. Servers like this keep places in business. Y’all should hire 10 more just like her. Will be back! Thank you again Porsia!!!!

We have no complaints, only praise. This last visit was our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Food hot and brought in a timely manner. Manager Jay and server Jordan went above and beyond customer service ensuring our continued patronage. They both were delightful and professional. We look forward to our next visit.
The server Randall was very impressionable. It was truly a pleasure to meet him. He really made our visit one to remember. Thank you management for hiring such a manerable young man. Have a wonderful life Randall today and always.
Tonight's meal was delicious! We had the Admiral's Feast and the Mariners Feast. As always the Cheddar Bay biscuits melted in our mouths. Our salads were fresh and crisp. Our seafood was prepared just right. We are immensely grateful for the attentive, warm and professional service provided by Mike T. He did an excellent job with his trainee, Randall. Thank you, gentlemen, for your time, and our compliments to the chef and kitchen staff.
normally I'm not a fan of Red Lobster, but it wasn't bad. Of course the cheese rolls were good and the service was too. It's just that the food has never really impressed me. I've spoiled by good seafood in Florida.
