Went to Panera this morning for a wonderful meet up with a good friend. I love the ordering option on the key pad, and my tuna sandwich, and bear claw pastry was great.

Wouldn’t order here again. I got notified my order was ready, I went inside to no orders at the rapid pickup location. They never put any orders there and there was trash all over the floor by the in store pickup. This place looked like a wreck. My order sat in a bag on another counter for 15 minutes. I’d rather drive to Williamsburg for service.
Seriously Panera? You overcharge ($3) for this disgusting fruit, the pineapples aren’t even the correct color, the honey dew melon and cantaloupe are tasteless, and when I call it rings endlessly and hangs up? This is absolutely ridiculous and sad that McDonalds is cheaper yet serves better food then this! Covid should shut you down because this is a disgrace!
My first time ordering from Panera Bread for my Son and myself. Everything was delivered on time and the food is delicious and yummy. I will definitely be eating at Panera Bread many more times in the future. ? Especially the Classic Chicken Noodle Soup, on a chilly night
I tutor a kid down the road from this Panera and we order delivery often. Tonight, we did not receive our drinks with our food. When we called about it we were told by Mike the manager that they don't do re-delivery. So I had to drive there to pick up the stuff we bought. Seems to defeat the purpose of having it delivered. I get there and try to explain what happens politely because people make mistakes. Then I'm interrupted by this lady shoving the missing items in my hand and wave me out as if I made a mistake. No, "sorry for the inconveniences" or anything. As far as the food, it is pretty good but the service needs a lesson in how to treat people.
I have been HOOKED on Panera Bread recently. I have yet to come across any issues with my orders, every thing turns out absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend the Broccoli Cheddar Soup, so so good!

Absolute worse Panera I've been to around here. Go somewhere else. They will forget something every single time and hang up before you even talk to someone everytime you try calling.
