How ridiculous! Waited in the car with my dogs in front of this place for an online order...i received the notification that my food was ready.... No customers online... And i could see the workers glance out to where i was parked, directly in front in the pick up space.25 minutes later.... (Does no one answer the phone inside there?) i had to go inside to ask about my order... The response was "Oh yeah."Obviously i will never order here again Talk about lousy service!

Dirty by restaurant standards. Tables and floor always dirty. Witnessed a college student vomit and staff eventually put sawdust over it. Did not see them do a deep cleaning of the carpet. Very unsanitary.

I want to give some grace. Maybe they were understaffed. But I was there for 5 hours and tables were dirty and many had food on them, trash cans not emptied, bathroom was gross, and the floors under and around tables were covered in food and trash. Panera has gone downhill in general the last few years but this one was just yucky. Food keeps getting worse and prices keep increasing. I don't need to return.

This is my go-to Panera location. I mostly get take out and use the "grab and go" feature: I order online, pay online, and just show up to grab my prepared food. It's very convenient. My wife and I did this regularly throughout the pandemic and the food was always great. Lately I've tried to eat vegan and so have had a customization requests online. I appreciate how the folks preparing my food with care have been patient with my weird notes and requests (below was my custom vegan version of the greek grain bowl).

Your employees should inquire whether customers have a panera rewards membership. They should also ask which option the customer prefers when an item is ordered that features options, eg, "sir would you like this thing or that thing along with your selection?Your employees should greet customers cheerfully upon customer's entry and approach. When a customer questions subpar performance by an employee, the employee should apologize and offer the withheld service, as opposed to giving sullen responses. Especially when that customer does so kindly and politely. Excellent alternatives to CNU Panera exist a few minutes away.Excellent

Expensive. The baked goods are awesome. Flat bread pizza too salty. I had pepperoni and sausage. Toppings were sparse. But enough for 2 people.

I've never had an issue with this location. Food is always good and the service matches. Just know that parking adjacent to the store is hectic. There is nearby parking at the stand-alone restaurant next door, which never has patrons, and it's easy to get in/out of.

We’ve had several bad experiences at this Panera. They are always out of the food we try to order. We were in there before 7:00, and they had no bread bowls, were out of the bread for my sandwich, and were out of the soup my girlfriend wanted, and only had 7 baguettes left. Everytime we try to go here they are out of what we want so we just leave, it’s ridiculous, and the manager will not step up and take control of the store, shameful

We always came to this Panera becuse it was clean and stocked. As of today, the entire restuaraunt was filthy...tables are not being wiped down, bathroom was nasty with no paper towels available, hair and trash on tables, manger at food prep counter talking the whole time, phone not being answered, plat pizzas we ordered were majority bread, no plain or Asiatic bagels were available and hardly any other choices. Will not be returning to this Panera.
