My husband and I ordered salmon and vegetables our bill was 75.00 combined that is ridiculous. Will not eat there anytime soon.
Great lunch. Mom and I had the cheeseburger, she had a side salad and I had fries. Everything was great and the food came out quickly. We did notice that we waited for a little while to get our check and to go boxes. In fact, I had to ask the hostess if she could track down our server and tell her what we needed. Then, it was probably another 10 minutes when she showed up at the table to see if we needed anything else. Then that took several minutes as well. What was interesting, was that she had the table in front of us as well as beside us and didn't ask if we needed anything else. We got there at 11:00 and by the time we were ready to leave people started trickling in. So it wasn't incredibly busy.
I LOVE this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service great. I'm absolutely ADDICTED to the bread. The staff is so good to me. I especially love their steaks and steakhouse salad. They're very good at getting it the right temperature. Sknce the beginning of covid few restaurants seem to be able to get good quality greens for salads. Their salads are amazing!
My experience was great. Our server Lidia W. was a total gem. Ask for her by name. She great and super sweet. I also want to give a special thanks to the bus boy/cleaner Alfonso. He’s the absolute best person at his job. He ensured the restaurant stayed immaculately clean. Will come again.
Tyler is the manager, MJ was our server and Alfonso is the bus boy we watched working his butt off! These 3 are an awesome team and we enjoyed every minute of our visit. From walking in the door to finishing our meal it was top notch service… Food was spot on but the staff was incredible!!
So to make my almost bad experience a good one; The Manager Austin, offered to remake my 8oz Victoria Filet. OMG! It was DISGUSTINGLY GOOD! Out of the two hundred plus times I have patronized this company in several different states I might add, this was the first time my mouth experienced world class cooking LOVE!
Came for a Valentine's Day dinner. They were busy as usual. I haven't been here in several years. Our server Lamonte was so nice and was very attentive with his tables. My steak was slightly over cooked and our bloomin onion came out after our dinner came but all was delicious. We would come back but mostly for the good service and positive attitude.
My family and I just had Sunday dinner at the Newport News locaton where the owner/manager is Ashley she came to speak to my 15 yr old son. He wanted to let her know that he enjoyed everything.Our waitress/bartender Amy was amazing, her service was right on. She served us with her heart. The food was delicious. We were greeted at the door with a warm welcome.The restaurant and bathrooms were clean.The entire dinning experience was 5 star. We are planning to go back again.
I ordered from Outback today, Valentines Day. Biggest mistake ever. The hour wait was no problem until my food arrived (an hour after we ordered so 8:07 PM) and was all wrong. I ordered the Toowamba Salmon (spelling may be off) but it came without the shrimp and mushroom topping. I ordered 4 loaves of bread and only got one. I ordered cheese fries without bacon. It came with bacon and no ranch dipping sauce. I ordered a Cobb salad with no meat and extra dressing. It came with half of one cup of dressing and no extra. I called and spoke to Brittany one of your managers and she was really nice. She offered to have the order re-delivered. Either way I can’t eat my food until the dressing comes for my salad and the ranch for my fries so here it is 9:12 pm and I’m starving and can’t eat until they are delivered. My son is 8 and a picky eater and he loves your bread but we only got the one until the rest comes so that is that. It’s now 9:30 and the other order just arrived. The toppings for the salmon are here now, but the salmon has long been eaten by my husband. So really there was no point. The bread came so now my son can finish eating. And at last I can eat. This is the worst service I have ever had and I’ve been going to this establishment since I was a child and it first opened. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I doubt I will be dining in or from your restaurant anymore. This is ridiculous.
