We had date night and everything was delicious as usual. I ordered the Giant Stuffed Shells (w/o Marinara Sauce) and I added Grilled Chicken. My husband had the same meal except he kept the Marinara Sauce it comes with & added Shrimp. I also ordered the Chicken Gnocchi Soup which is so good. My favorite soup. Our server was Gabriella & it was her first night working. She did an amazing job. Great server. Very friendly.
Called ahead to check the wait time, hostess said 20-30 minutes. She took my name and number and said we would receive a text when our table was ready. After 30 minutes we went inside to check. The hostess said our name wasn't on the wait list and asked us who we spoke with. By the sound of her voice, she was the one I spoke with. We sat at the bar to wait, bartender didn't even acknowledge us. We were seated at a table after about 6 minutes. Our server promptly arrived, took our drink order and brought them back. My husband's sprite was out of syrup, it was just carbonated water. She brought him a new one. We ordered our food. She brought us our soups, breadsticks, and salad. The soup was luke warm, at best. We didn't have any forks to eat the salad, or napkins. The hostess didn't bring them with her when she sat us. I asked the server for forks and napkins. She brings us a drinking glass with 4 forks in 2 inches of hot water. I was pretty much over my experience here at this point. We got up, spoke with the manager about our experience, tried to pay for the food we did eat but, she said not to worry about it. Then we left.
My family and I stopped here while traveling. Fast, friendly service. Our server Mickey was excellent. Breadsticks were fresh, food was delicious. We were seated promptly even though they were busy. The restaurant is modern but with a classic feel. Highly recommend!
We stopped by Olive Garden before we made our way back home to NY last night. We were looking forward to it all week and the service/food there did not disappoint! Our server Young girl, black hair and glasses was on top of it. Outstanding experience overall
The unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks made my day, and I love their chicken and gnocchi. They let you take a bowl for the road too!
I've been to this olive garden tons of times and they've been amazing every time until tonight when I saw a small living bug on my table. The staff was great about handling it and even complimented my meal. I love Olive Garden but sadly won't be back to this location.
Our food was hot and fresh. Our waiter was so attentive “ Niki C”. our lunch experience was wonderful.Look forward to our next visit, soup and salad are a great deal.
Went here with my family and as soon as i walked in smelled a stench. Probably needs carpet cleaning. It was unusual but i could deal with it. We sat down and i ordered a shirley temple but they were out of grenadine, so i was like okay and i ordered a water. Next i wanted to order calamari but they were out of that and shrimp too so i was quite dissapointed everything i wanted to order was out of stock. These choices forced me to order a kids pizza considering i eat like a 5 year old. But when i got the pizza it was crafted like the tortilla pizzas with walmart shredded cheese that you throw in your toaster oven at home that my mom used to make me. The fries were unseasoned and tasted terrible but hey i'm at olive garden so why should i be judging their fries. Our waitress was very nice but i was really disturbed by the customers sitting next to us considering there conversation was about cougars and mountain lions so i was frightened easily from this. Kind of disappointed by this dinner but am willing to give them another chance for redemption.
We came yesterday & the service was great, we just missed our favorite hostess Gracie who always gives us the best greeting and Nikki who usually serves us.
I called an hour prior to our arrival to request seating for a party of 12. The staff were in constant communication via text messages to make sure everything was ready to go upon arrival. As we entered the restaurant we were greeted pleasantly and immediately taken to our table. Our server was amazing. The food was hot and delicious. Overall we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning!!
