After being introduced to Nothing Bundt Cakes by a close friend, I have not been disappointed so far by the deliciousness of the cakes or the service! I love how the icing is not too sweet and compliments the flavors of the cakes as well. I’m super excited that we have a place like this around here as it is the perfect blend of quality and value. Keep up the amazing work guys :)
Absolutely loved the atmosphere and the mini bundt cake was delicious. My mom is a cake critic and she gave the carrot cake rave reviews. Definitely will return to this location for more cakes.
I purchased a cake for delivery on my friend’s birthday. Also my contact number if needed. Cake was not delivered I was not contacted. Not wanting to spoil a surprise I contacted store next day, when I asked if the cake was delivered was told no it was at store I could come pick it up. Upset I asked don’t you call any of the contact numbers to update? After asking for manager I got nowhere except I’ll deliver it today myself. Well the surprise is gone, no reason for lack of communication. Refunded my delivery, my friend picked up the cake the next day and didn’t get the balloons I paid for. I called to ask for refund for the balloons and no manager ever called me back. And was told the person I spoke to as manager the day before was the owner. Not sure why they don’t want to just make things right. But, I will never waste my money here again. Only great customer service truly is Chick-Fli-A. For principle I was going to call again because I paid for something a never received, but they avoided me like I asked for a total refund!Thanks for the lesson! MlH
The owner of the store is the greatest. Goes above and beyond. To top it off you’ve got the greatest bundt cakes. We use them for everyone’s birthday for a reason. Thank you Sherry
Their cakes are definitely delicious but customer service is bad. Went there as a walk in customer, no other customer in their shop but me. There were 2 of them who greeted me. I ordered a dozen (1 box) of their mini bundt cakes selecting my own flavors. I was told that it'll take 30 minutes to get the order ready but if I wanted the pre-assorted dozen, it's readily available. 30 minutes to put 12 pieces of mini bundt cakes in a box! Without any other customer but me. They are not like a pharmacy that there's a lot going on behind the scenes. No matter how I try to wrap my head around the 30-minute wait, I just don't get it. ??♀️
I was so happy when I found this location in Hampton.I’m from Florida and I really missed this place.Yet my last experience wasn’t to good I believe my cake wasn’t as fresh.It was very disappointing.But I’m going to try them again because the first couple of times I went it was fine.
Wanted to try something “different” as a cake for my boyfriend and found Nothing Bundt Cakes. Ordered online with no issues, all selections were clear and had no questions. As soon as I walked in, the staff was welcoming and the atmosphere is so cute and quaint!! Fast forward to the cake… AMAZING!!! I ordered the Pecan Praline, tasted more like a cinnamon bun more than pecans (even with pecan pieces inside) BUT still DELICIOUS!So delicious that we ordered another cake a few days later for our daughters birthday!!!! She wanted the confetti, of course! Again, delicious!!! Both were so moist (sorry about word choice! ??♀️?) and the icing on both is not too sweet but just right!!!Highly recommend! Will be back!!!!8 year old recommendation: strawberry flavored cake or icing!

They limit their flavors during the whole month of December as if people don’t have birthdays and other occasions during the holiday season. Now I have to drive all the way to Chesapeake to get a birthday cake… this is a horrible business practice…. I never had a problem with them before this but this is totally crazy… they don’t even have regular flavors because it’s December???? Who in the world thinks like this as a business owner? I am beyond disappointed and I will never recommend a business that has zero regard for a set of customers for a whole month…
Customer service was not very good today. Everything I asked for I could not get. They need more kid friendly decorations for the cake. I asked for the cake for a birthday. She gave me the cake with no decoration after asking she acted as if I could not afford it. It was .10 extra. I am not sure why that was not in the price after telling her it was for my sons birthday!
