Our waiter Derek took good care of us. Food/drinks were pretty good, but not spectacular. We will return to try different menu items.
Very nice looking restaurantâgood appearance. Chalk/menu board a bit out of date. Server stated there were no brunch drink specials? Food was generally okay. Some choices appeared to be more style than substance. Basic items/ingredients are fine too. Our table was hesitant to order as a breakfast sandwich as it had to have duck bacon, pepper relish, and baconaise. And what are âBrunswick rabbit stewed beansâ? A lot going on in the Campfire Benedict! Almost tried the stuffed French toast, but the idea of Cherry Lime-aidâ sounded way too sweet and off putting. âUpscaleâ restaurants seem to think that all tea drinkers want flavored tea. Basic black or breakfast tea should be the staple tea, but server could not find anything but flavored. Server was friendly, but very, very, slow. Though we did ask for a few minutes to decide what to order, we waited over 15 minutes. Entire meal took 2 hours due to delay in ordering, getting food, waiting for boxes and checks. Appeared to be three servers and three people clearing tables, butâ¦â¦ It was an okay experience, but Iâm not sure we will hurry back. Our first choice was Byrds Restauant, but they donât take reservations. However, the service, food choices and taste are better, so we might put up with the wait next time.
Service was poor.
It was somewhat okay at best. Wouldnât miss it if I didnât go back again.
It was great! The food was awesome and the staff were all very attentive.
Our reservation was at 7, we put in our drink order and one appetizer by 7:15 and never received either item or anyone to check on us until 8:15 when we left the restaurant. Very unfortunate occasion.
We had a Bridal Breakfast at NEST. The managers, Daria and Ruth Ann, were very accommodating and helpful. Dejah was our server and did a great job. Amber had also helped with making arrangements. They allowed me to bring flowers for the table, a centerpeice, and gift favors for the event. Every request was met with kindness. I highly recommend this lovely "nest" of a place for events and a morning or evening of relaxation and good food!
This place was outstanding. The front staff were welcoming. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The manager checked on us periodically. And the food was killer. This is the trifecta. And the golf course gave ambience. Please put this on your to-do list when visiting.
Literally so good. The stuffed french toast was fantastic, the white cheddar grits are always amazing, the duck breast bacon was shockingly good, and the lemon berry sorbet was INCREDIBLE.
The breakfast menu offers many wonderful options. The omelets and side selections are great. The staff are friendly and helpful.
