I walked in and there were 3 people ahead of me. It took 20 minutes to even order with just those 3 people, and then another 10 minutes to pay and get my food. All I had was a burrito. Nothing else. Not to mention the guy in front of me didn’t even get his food. What I assume was the manager said they lost his bowl. The food tasted good otherwise. I don’t think it should take 10+ minutes to serve a customer from the time they order, pay, and leave
Going down hill fast. We've been eating at this Moe's, since they opened. 2 weeks ago, it wasn't the norm, just thought it was a bad night, the team used to care. Today, seriously bad, gave just a handful of chips, with what was supposed to be a Home Wrecker Bowl in the already down sized container, 1/2 the size! It didn't taste right, probably because they didn't make it how they normally do. I should have just walked out, when I saw her attitude. Called and talked Manager Izzy, she pretty much didn't care, didn't offer to make it right, just said, I'll talk to them later, sorry. Yeah so am I.
so I took down my old reviewed because I was directly messaged by the manager and reimbursed. But my advice, dine in. Don’t take out
Went for lunch with my littles. My Homewrecker was fine, but I ordered a kids taco meal and a kids burrito meal also. After asking for the ground beef as the protein, the amount was “very small”. I asked if that was the portion size, I was told simply yes. Now I’m a restaurant guy who has heard the 3 pickles per burger because an extra pickle cost the corporation x more dollars a year, but….if I’m just getting meat and cheese, for 5$, maybe you can flex a little on the meat or cheese portion(or at least try to upsell me on a double meat portion)!
I just walked out of here because instead of getting service I got to watch 2 team members talking with their arms crossed like I was invisible while a 3rd person literally was breaking down the food selection. I guess because they close in 40 freaking minutes
Friendly service ..food was good. Young lady that made my food clearly had a busy night .. but still had a Friendly conversation with me. Just a reminder to people complaining about a lot of places right now. Shortage of workers means the ones working are working very hard... much harder than they should have to. So remember that when you go places to eat right now... or to any store and if they look sad, tired or stressed.. be kind and give them a friendly conversation.
Workers are lazy and rude. Don’t eat here. Make this trash at home like I should’ve. They are soooooo lazy and forgetful. If you don’t want to work stay at home. Had to buy my own chips. Food is stale
I really wanted to compare Moe's to Chipotle. When I walked up to window. The bins were filthy and the counteracts. The server had a cloth in her hand and did not use it so I departed quickly without ordering.
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. They forgot my bowl of queso but no big deal. Took them 10 minutes to pour me some. They kept working on other people's orders. Be the last time I go. $24 for a barely warm grande homewrecker and bowl of queso.
literally never going to this moes again. i ordered on the app to have my food ready by 7:22 and i didn’t receive my food until 8:15. i had to keep reminding them that i was still waiting on my food. there were 5 people behind the counter, there was no reason for our food to be backed up. the manager ended up having to make our food and even then, forgot my queso and guac. literally go to the moes right down the street on coliseum and save yourself the wait and headache
