I will never eat at this McDonald's ever again in life, two mornings in a row my breakfast has been bad, on 6-8-22 my steak bagel was hard as cement & the steak was cold, on 6-9-22 I ordered the big breakfast & my hashbrown was hard & real crunchy like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours, I will never again go there, I wanted to leave no stars but it won't let me post unless I gave it a star
I had order so food from them thru doordash or mostmates and every time I get my food it made wrong or I’m always missing some out of my order or they do bag up all of my food. Or they don’t give me to right food I pay for. I had to walk up to the store twice to get the rest of my order. This terrible they need to do better and pay attention on what they are bagging.
I guess the new kids just can't cook like back in the days huh. Thanks for trying?? seems a lot of these businesses loose focus of customer satisfaction,greeting skills and a SMILE ?!
Food is always quick and usually piping hot. My last chicken sandwich may have been just cooked and my friends were a bit soggy, but everyone has been friendly each time I've gone. I will also caution that the orange road markers next to the drive thru and are a little odd, and if you're on the "other" side of the building following signs for curbside, you might have a rough time finding it if it's your first time there.
I always order my cheeseburgers with no mustard because I kno they will have to cook if fresh so why was my food cold? Cheese and bun was cold even the beef pattie was cold. I have no idea why they are still open for business!!
They were decent their faces made you feel like you done something to them. Why u mad you got a job. Be happy, Its your boyee Kgruve keeping it honest.
I have never in my life experienced what I just did at McDonald’s. After receiving my family’s meal, I opened my cheeseburger to find A BITE HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT OF IT. Pickle bitten and dangling from the bite mark. After wrapping it back up to return it to the workers behind the counter, I was laughed at. My wife demanded a refund, of which they refunded $2 for the sandwich; never an offer to refund the $30 meal we’d purchased. Then not even an offer to replace it until my wife demanded one. This is the most indecent, disgusting event and service I’ve ever known. Zero stars. Do not recommend.?
The pitts.. but what do we expect?It's as though Macdonalds has one Crack team in our area. They migrate the "Greatness Squad" from store to store, and it's like Russian roulette that you are going to eat good food, or regret your choice.Mediocrity is the standard, and every now and then the guest superstar team will drop in and work brilliantly to smooth things over.Always kind of sad to see people all sullen and sulky about having actual jobs...If we can just learn to anticipate the "superteam" visits then McDonald's can once again be a great experience, instead of simply a predictable, but reasonably non toxic, disappointment.
Waited over 30 minutes for an order never even made let alone looked at. Wasn't just me. It was 5 other dine in orders as well.
Rude, unprofessional staff; this location LOVES to close early and give the most ridiculous reasoning for it. I’ve been there between 10-11pm five different times in the past two weeks and I was never able to actually order food. Once it was a cleaning crew was there. Another time they were closed due to… ANOTHER CLEANING CREW! The third time I went there, they’re payment machines were down; told the person one the microphone system in drive thru I had cash and she could t accept that either. So, i have NO IDEA HOW THE FOOD IS. That’s the last time I’ll ever attempt to go there. If the people working there are all that lazy, I’d stay away.
