This McDonald's has to be the WORST!!!! And no, you can't blame staffing issues because it was bad before COVID. They often get orders wrong and wait time is horrible! Explain to me how when a mobile order is made 20 cars who came through drive through AFTER ME, got their food and left? I have been waiting for 10min in the car, called to see if I needed to go in and get it, because I get that they could be short staffed and need a little help. Nope, I was told they would get to it when they could. So now I wait 10 plus minutes inside!!! If you are in a hurry don't come here! If you want it right don't come here... the worst customer service ever!!!

I only get 1/2 hour for lunch which is apparently not enough time for them to get an order right

They got my order right which I'm really happy about since I'm lactose intolerant. Burger was good but seemed more greasy than normal. Chicken nuggets were yummy. Fries tasted a bit old. Staff was nice in drive through.

Food is always fast and they have good customer service but quality is not great

This is the WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The workers play around , my order is wrong every time! Ice cream has been broke for a whole month.The food never fresh. Don’t visit this place — find another McDonalds to spend your money. The MANAGER, she is just as BAD as the staff! Unprofessional & slow.

You'd think at lunch time with a line wrapped around the building and waiting in line nearly 15 minutes that a customer would have hot fries & napkins. No! And guess what. I ordered an Oreo Mcflurry. And yes, the ice cream machine was not working. Surprising huh? My drink was handed to the person in front of me. She handed it back and the cashier attempted to give me the drink once I got to the window. I asked her if it was the same drink that was handed to the car in front on me and she said yes. I asked her to remake my drink as I didn't want a drink that had been in someone's car. Duh! Really? I had to ask for that.

The constant changes this place goes through to try and make it better seem to only make it worse they need to sit down re-train whoever comes in to work because they’re customer service was somewhat okay but they just acted like they didn’t know what they were doing the entire time, when I told someone my order was wrong it took me longer to get it corrected than it took to get my food the initial time. The times where I have come here and everything was great is a really REALLY Rare occasion

Everything was shockingly good; the food was fresh and hot, and the customer service from the management & staff was great everyone was friendly and very courteous. Best service I've had from McDonald's in a very long time!!!

I didn't get to order. They need to learn how to service their drive-thru correctly. The line was busy. Went to the 2nd lane as it seemed to be open. The car in front of me had their order taken. But then I watched 3 cars in the 1st lane get their order taken while I sat there ignored, so I gave up. Not even hot McDonald's fries and sweet tea are worth the aggravation of going here.

This place is a mess. Most of the time, they don't or won't utilize both drive-thru lanes. You can hear them talking to each other, but won't take your order, which would indicate that they're wearing headphones to take orders, but won't do it. Or they have no clue how to use their equipment. They leave people sitting at the drive thru menu for minutes until the person usually just drives off. Definitely double check their work and look through all of your order to make sure it's all there, and/or they put the correct item in your bag. 8 out of 10 times, they get it wrong. Wrong item, missing items, no dipping sauces, etc. The fries are usually not fully cooked, so they're opaque and limp. It would seem they can't read or count, as you may end up with less than 10 nuggets when you order a 10 piece.
