It has been my experience at this particular McDonalds that this is a hit or miss way to go. In fairness, I usually go there late, so I sure they're not operating with a full crew. Ok, I get it. But, I have dealt with an attitude coming from there and I have also dealt with inattention from the same place. Yes, I also have dealt with spot on service. All in the drive through. I did see a sign my last time there announcing the return of ice cream and milshakes soon. Perhaps things are looking up.
This McDonald’s is TEEEEEEERIBLE. They are supposed to be 24 hours, but if you go late they refuse to come to the window, if you literally make eye contact with them from your vehicle, they just walk away and turn the lights off. I’ve talked to coworkers and we’ve all had that happen at this branch. If anyone knows a manager there, FIRE EVERYONE who works the night shift
The meal wasn't hot. It tasted awful and it looked like dog scraps thrown together on a bun.It was too far from where I live to return and complain a out the order. I just trashed it and I'll never order from there again.
I was visiting from the Newport News Area and wanted some Eastern Shore seafood and was directed to this restaurant. I got a seafood combo that was Superb ?? I think they should branch out to the Hampton Rds side.
Unfortunately, this location is the closest to me and is the only one on my route to work. I used to stop here around 4:15-4:30 for coffee. I always have to settle for cold coffee because they never have frappe’s, which I don’t understand. Why have a breakfast item that’s never available? And the cold coffee is disgusting so half the time I just pull off and go to Wawa. They are never open in the morning anymore, never have fresh coffee, rude employees. Just shut it down
My experience was very poor. The manager on duty around 8:27PM on February 7th was very condescending in my opinion, especially to me, I felt very talked down to and I visit this mcdonalds regularly. I understand staffing issues but that does not give the manager or ANY staff member the right to condescend to your customers. Very bad look.EDIT: all I ordered was a 6 piece nugget large coke and chocolate milk. I get home and there are three nuggets in my box! I do t have time to bring it back because my daughter, who they’re for, has to be in bed soon. I will be following up about this. The manager acted like it was my fault when he handed me the wrong meal, claimed I confirmed it 2asnright when he handed it to me but he didn’t even SAY ANYTHING when he handed it to me. He then proceeded to run his mouth when I told him I did not confirm that was my meal. Absolutely unacceptable and I will be calling corporate.
Update: Below 2-9-22This McDonald's location has been hit or miss in the Newmarket area for years. Just bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches (Because of course they we're sold out of the original sandwich) and take a look at what you will get . McDonald's also has really fallen off. Only thing they have going for them now are the French fries the chicken nuggets and the happy meals and the fish fillets and officially everything else not really worth the money.......
This McDonald’s only takes cash at night apparently and when I told her that’s kind of a bummer the girl told me where I could go and then flip me off as I drove past nice
it's consistently the worst Mc Donalds that I've ever been in. This time there was a manager sitting down with another manager and an employee in the dining area yelling at eachother. Totally unprofessional and not how I wanted to enjoy my coffee.
