Girl was very rude at the counter I did my order on the computer and they didn't call my number. And got my order mixed with a door dash order my order was sitting there and the girl asked me about my order and didn't say it mine I was waiting and she asked me did I need anything else and I said my order she said. Its right here I said nobody called me. And she said I just litery told you
The menu here is now more expensive than any other McDonald’s in the area, they also now charge for sauce cups and water. Franchisee is chasing dimes over dollars, I won’t be back. Fortunately a nearby McDonald’s run by a competing franchisee doesn’t charge such outlandish prices.
To the owner why are you charging for condiments? I paid 80 cent for bbq sauce after spending $30 plus on food. Why is it only this location charging people? Your food is overpriced enough. Stop changing people for bbq sauce and ketchup. I will not return to this location.
Made an Ubereats order the other day, and was told they ran out of fries and nuggets, but had mchickens and sandwiches. Something must be terribly wrong with management if the signature food and side to all the meals, fries, is not kept in stock.
2021 Drive thru: very slow.2022 Went back for a kids meal. One store (Denbigh Blvd) had a system that was down. I sat for several minutes no one said anything. Went to another store (Warwick Blvd) at the order mic for several minutes had to switch to another mic to place order. I do fast food in Va often because the service and the food is not up to par.
They had a problem and could only take cash...PROBLEM was they had no signs up so after waiting in line forever I finally get to the box to order only to find out they're only taking cash..when I suggested they put up a sign at the entrance, I was asked "are you going to order something or not".I know it's hard to find "good" service or "good help" nowadays but it takes 2 seconds to put up a sign, it's going to take a lot longer for people to forget the rude, long wait just for nothing experience. Come on yall know you can do better!!!
Very poor customer service.... Good was on time but fries want all the way done.... But again.... Terrible customer service... Attitude all over the place.... The shift couldn't work together as a team and arguments all over the place... Won't be coming back
When to get 2 happy meals and waited 1 hour on line at the drive thru. Unbelievable kids were hungry,tired and cranky and all that wait only made it worse.
McDonald's was a nice pleasant place to go even though I don't even eat or go at McDonald's but my girlfriend wanted something from McDonald's so I will only ask for
This used to be the McDonald's that I would avoid because the others in the area were much better, however this one has really ramped up its game and it's back on par.
