Ordered curbside pickup, before I even put my order in a woman came out with a bag while she was on the phone and said "2 quarter pounders these yours" then walked away before I could say anything I guess realizing she was at the wrong car. Put my order in. 0ne for me and one for passenger Same woman brought them out, got one of the 2 drinks, no straws, no sauces, no napkins. She brought us the 2nd drink then we noticed there were no sauces so we said there are none passenger went inside following her to get the sauces she walked behind the counter and continued to walk into the back, person at register helped gave sauces then my boyfriend came back out and we noticed no straws. So had to go get them, the employee at the register rolled her eyes when my boyfriend said there were no straws like it happens alot with peoples orders. Then came out moved to eat in a different parking spot still at McDonald's. And our fries were burnt disgusting, we were short 2 nuggets, and no napkins. Oh and my boyfriends drink was a DR pepper when it was supposed to be a Coke. When we left I assume the manager same lady that brought us our food was walking back and forth on the phone on the sidewalk...Need better workers. Working at McDonald's isn't that hard. These ppl make 15$ and hour to mess stuff up constantly. It's sad. Someone should check on that store undercover.
we pulled up 10 min before close and the lady who took our order was SO kind and sweet. 10/10 drive through service thank u!!
All I wanted was 2 quarter pounder cheeseburgers. I had a coupon code on my phone for a second one free. I told the young lady at the drive thru I want a quarter pounder and have a code for a second one free. She said she could barely hear me. I kept hearing what sounded like a party in the background. She asked to put me on hold. 2 minutes later she comes back on and says she can't hear me. Yelling in to the intercom I want a quarter pounder and have a code to get one free. She kept laughing and saying 3 quarter pounders. I said no only 2. I have a code to get the second one free. She responds okay 3 quarter pounders and starts adding stuff I never asked for on to the order. I yelled back in to the intercom meanwhile the background party continued. I only wanted 2 quarter pounders and gave her the app code to get the 2nd one free. She asked to put me on hold. Then apologized and asked me to repeat my order. I gave it to her again and she said the code expired. I literally got the code 30 seconds before I pulled up at the drive thru. I explained if it expired it's because you canceled the code when you deleted my order, or because it's taken forever for you to put in an order for 2 quarter pounders. She said she can't honor the code. After wasting 7 minutes of my time trying to place a simple order for 2 quarter pounders, keep I'm mind this was not 7 minutes in line, it was 7 minutes trying to get the drive thru worker to understand I wanted 2 quarter pounders and had a Mobil app code to get the 2nd one free. Then was told not because of my fault, but because of the error of the employee I couldn't get the 2nd quarter pounder free. Frustrated I said f$%k this, I'm out of here and drove off. I went to Arby's around the corner. The drive, the wait in line, time it took me to place, pay for, and recieve my order was about equal to the 7 min I wasted trying to place a order at McDonalds.
I ordered the bacon cheese quarter pounder with unsweetened tea, large coffee and a large 2a no pickles,, THE FOOD WAS COLD AND THE BURGER EDGES WERE BURNT!!!! Will not be going back!!!!
Pulled up at 10:15 and the lights turned off. By the time we drove around the building the employees were out. Supposed to be open until midnight?
Just close the place down. They never seem to have employees, there’s nothing fast about this food, breakfast hours are until they don’t want to do it anymore. What a waste.

This McDonald’s is the reason people talk bad about fast food. I clearly stated what I didn’t want , and they still messed my order up. They offered to fix it , messed it up. And the manager got frustrated, staff was rude and incoherent, it was a mess. I left hungry and broke.
Drive thru was super busy and super slow... So jumped out of line and went inside. Super nice super fast ... My food was ready to pick up before i could finish making my drinks. And the burgers were fresh. Fries were not as fresh as i would have liked them to be but otherthan that it was alright.
Ummmm its McDonald's. Seriously? You need a review? It has the big Mac and mcgriddle. Enough said
