Poor service. Very slow. Food from this restaurant usually makes me sick to my stomach. I only eat at this one about once a year, and I'm always sorry that I visited this restaurant. I keep trying it because it's the closest McD to my house. Got a Big Mac and Filet O' Fish with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The soda tasted weird like the syrup mixture was incorrect. The fries were way past their time. the filet was cold. The Big Mac(like most restaurants) looked like it was thrown in the box. This is what I found when I got home and I didn't have time to go complain.
As a reviewer and dasher i have to say McDonalds at night is extremely slow with orders. I understand short hand but to sit for over 20 min in a line is abit frustrating as a dasher tryin to deliver in a timely manner. Im also a fast food worker so i understand cook to order but really there needs to be a better system in place for deliveries.
This particular McDonald's is the absolute WORST.. I have NEVER had a good meal from here.. THEIR FRIES ARE NEVER HOT..WHHHHYYYYYY????? They can just come out of the fryer and 3 secs later they're cold and discusting..my filet o fish sandwich was hard and old.. I live 2 mins away but I will go to the next one that's 15 mins away... Never again...
Should be 0 stars. Ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and both burgers had NO meat. Also ordered chicken nuggets with 3 sauces. The screen and receipt showed the sauces, but nothing in the bag. No sauce, no ketchup, no napkins. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MEAT!!! And. When you try to call to rectify, no one answers. You almost have to try hard to be this bad.
The drive thru workers are very rude, I asked for fresh food and none of my food was fresh. I was missing food but the girl at the window you get your food act like she had an attitude because I said I was missing food. They mess up my order but get an attitude with me. This isn't the only McDonald's. This company need a day where they hold a customer service training day and retrain these folks because being respectful and polite is not in the vocabulary any more for McDonald's employees even some of the managers are ride and disrespectful
Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Guess what they did. Unmelted cheese, cold dark burger meat, two pieces of onions. Also the receptionist was working very unrespectful. It is also possible that he is new to this job. Overall worst experience. Other customers were also complaining at the counter about their bad service
Food was hot fresh made to order. Very fast drive thru especially in the mornings
This food had to be the most absolute worst I have ever bought @ a McDonalds! The spicy sauce on the spicy chicken was drenched but my son had wiped it off before I took the picture. The cheeseburger patty had to be way over time in the holding tray because otherwise the patty wouldn’t be so dark colored. The French fries were either on the borderline of being old or the time had ran out but they weren’t thrown out to make new.
I am totally disgusted with Mc Donald’s on J Clyde Morris blvd. This is the filet-o-fish they sent me home with. I threw all 3orders I purchased away. Never Again!
Ordered a mobile order here to save time. Well they screwed my order up, were rude about it, and overall experience took 30 min. Would not recommend this location to anyone
