Slow service. Waited 22 mins for my pepperoni pizza. Order crazy bread and they gave it to me in a bag all smashed and completely raw dough - twice!!! Even after seeing the first one wasn’t cooked. Ridiculous. People just don’t want to do their jobs these days!!
There were cars all around the building waiting for pizza. When I got up to the window the cashier disappeared. After a couple of minutes and a customer walked into the front the cashier was still not there so I beeped the horn. I was on the phone calling another pizza place to order a pizza when a guy from the cooking line showed up. The pizza itself was great but the customer service there is awful that's probably why I never see the same people twice.
Was going to order a lot of food tonight however the guy behind the register had a serious attitude problem. Very rude, very unprofessional. It seemed to me that he was trying to instigate an altercation with another customer in there. He also couldt sit still to save his life it was like he was tweaking. This store has serious issues if it's hiring employees like this let alone keeping them.
Ordered almost 100. In pizza and breadsticks. 5 orders of breadsticks fit in one bag. And the pizza was horrible. Tried calling because. Thats a lot of money for not good food. And they kept hanging up on me. The long ones are of the only long breadsticks we got. And the others are what we got. Also asked for extra pram and butter. Didn't get it. This is a terrible place and will never go back. Hopefully getting a hold of management tomorrow to rectify this.
There are a few pizza chains I consider four or five star. I have had very good pizzas from places like little caesars, but it seems like it's an accident when it occurs. We went this day because my grandson wanted the Batman Pizza. He loved it, I wasn't impressed, it was just okay.
I ordered pizzas for my child's birthday party and they were fast and thorough. The pizzas were cooked good for as many as I ordered also. Some places have seemed careless, but not here?
Ran out for pizzas for the fam. We had ordered ahead expecting them to be ready when we got there because it's about a 15 min trip one way. Turns out there was a line, so we had to wait, and then when we were next... well we still had to wait for a few minutes. The pizza was good, but it felt like it defeated the purpose of ordering in advance if the wait is still going to be excessive.
The very first time I've gone to Little Caesars. I like the idea that there's no need to get out of the car. To save money, I got the special but was wondering if I just made a mistake. I didn't. That was much better pizza than I thought it would be. Yep. I'Il be back.
My lady wanted Deep dish pizza , so I had to order 2 pizzas to please her. I have loved her since 2011 and she always gets what she wants .
So slow. And why have a drive thru if no one is going to work it? I had to go inside, stood there for 10 mins before I went around the corner and asked the repair man working if anyone was working.
