Picked up a dozen doughnuts last night and while took a good bit to finally get my dozen after I paid I got home to discover one glazed looked like it got smashed, and two of the donuts were the wrong ones. One jelly filled donut they did get right had what looked like a quarter size amount of filling. I also got two glazed crème filled donuts that didn’t have hardly any filling. I attempted to call both last night and today and it just rang for a good 2 mins before it just said goodbye and hung up. Never have I gotten such poor service from this place and to be frank im surprised. Would like to hear from their manager but can’t get through to them.
I have visited this location many times over the past six months in order to try to get hot doughnuts. The hot light usually isn't on during the advertised hours on the website. Today, I was surprised to see the light was actually on. I pulled in the parking lot and they turned it off at 7:40pm. Keep in mind the website says 6pm-10pm. The assistant supervisor could not have cared less and when I showed her what the website says she shrugged her shoulders at me. I told corporate but will never go to the Newport News, Virginia location ever again and highly discourage others from going as they aren't clean and are out of things often.
I came up there 5/25 for senior day to get my FREE doughnuts and the ladies at the speaker tried to tell me that they ran out of doughnuts but there was multiple cars in front of us receiving doughnuts so it really didn’t made any sense. Then when we asked could we just get all original glazed then knowing they had plenty and the lady continued to deny us . Y’all have to do better. False advertising.
This Krispy Kreme I was hoping to be a 5 Star. The worst thing that can mess up your Saturday morning is arriving to a donut spot and having a limited selection. 1st time, okay maybe I'm late, but second or 3rd time... come on now Krispy what's the deal? Hot and ready sign is on and very limited selection is not the way to capture new customers is they were to venture off their normal day of sweet.
Employees got our order wrong, then proceeded to clean while no one was in the place and clean where exactly we were sitting and we get asked to move our feet while eating...very odd. Also there were no fresh warm doughnuts out, definitely a completly different experience all together than in Florida. Down there the employees are helpful, attentive, and tons of people are in the place waiting for those fresh doughnuts. Here was a dead zone.
Service was great, they started the glazed doughnut machine up right after we got there so we waited to get some hot n now. Hubby soiled me a little bit.
Fresh filled Donuts. No red light but they were cooking filled. Always great. Always Friendly and Always Fresh. A+ grade

Always go here after my appointment with my doctor for labs, donuts are cold but soft and staff are pretty friendly and quick to respond. Great place to hang out or have a milk in.
I mean... Donuts and coffee... What's not to love. Staff was friendly and fast. I ended up here because Dunkin across the street wasn't opened because they are under staffed right now, which is totally understandable. I love both places, but I'm glad they were because I got to enjoy some really yummy mini filled donuts! I'll be back!
