Food was made perfectly. Chicken was hot and juicy. Biscuit was soft and very tasty. Mashed potatoes and gravy was as it should be. Service was quick and friendly. This location has improved from the last year or so. Much better than KFC/Taco combo location.
HOURS WRONG. LIihts on, but cloese at 7 PM. I watched a dozen cars go through and some almost causing accidents on Warwick. I was accross the street at Taco Bell. I know the delivery people aren't happy.
My coworkers and I sometimes take our lunch at KFC on Warwick and we only have 30 minutes. They served us in 8 minutes because everything we ordered they were out of so not wanting to be late getting back to work we just chose the next best thing to fill our stomachs and went on our way. Next time I'll ask my coworkers to choose where we have our lunch. My choice was not so good at that time.
Paid $7 for a famous bowl combo. Retuned home to find that my drink (Sierra Mist) allegedly taste like alkaline seltzer plus. Upon calling the store, the associate was not very helpful, and did not address my concerns to check the ratio of carbonation to syrup. “I can’t hear you” “We don’t sell taco bowls” “Do you want to come get another drink “. If she hadn’t been so thoughtless I would not be commenting, but now that I realized the drink and famous bowl run about $3.50 a piece I want my money back.
Waited 50 minutes for a door dash order to be ready (we were picking up in store) after those 50 min we went through the drive thru to ask about our order only for them to say they’re out of what we ordered. So they confirmed the order knowing they were out of that food and let us wait almost an hour..
They had the lobby locked and the line wrapped around the bldg. The girl at the window was rude and when I got up there she proceeded to tell me my family meal was all white meat, no drumsticks for my grand daughter but they miraculously found the mac and cheese they said they were out of when I was ordering.
Perpetually understaffed and most sandwiches/bone in chicken are not ready inside of ten minutes if you come at any time other than noon. Friendly kind staff and food is good when you get it
Tried to go to this KFC after my night class since it was on my way home. Online it says they close at 10 and it looks like they had a sign on the drive thru order box that said they were open till 11 (couldn't see it clearly since it was dark). When I pulled up to the drive thru to order my food, there was a recording that said they were closed and it was only 9:10. Extremely disappointing.
Decided to go to KFC for dinner tonight for my family and I because we were in the mood for chicken and we had not been to KFC in a while. Everything was fine until I got home and realized they forgot my order of mashed potatoes.. I went back to get my order of mash potatoes and when I got to the window to let them know the young lady working the drive threw caught a attitude and sucked her teeth as if I did something to her. I ignored her attitude and said thank you anyway when she handed me my bag. I get back home and she gave me the smallest scoop of mashed potatoes in this big container that was barely enough for one person( I got the family meal)and all this gravy that spilled in the bag! Very disappointed with the service. Smh
I never leave reviews at places but this one deserves a review… the woman they had working at the drive-thru window today around 1pm is the rudest person I’ve ever come across in my life. She told me to go ahead with my order and then was trying to rush me along. I literally was only ordering 2 meals(for my boyfriend and I) and when I started to tell her what the second meal was, she started huffing and puffing over the mic… like a literal child. I was the only one in the drive through so I’m not sure what her problem was… if she doesn’t have any customer service skills, she should maybe be working in the back and not on the mic.
