Went here 30 minutes before close. Three employees standing with the front door open smoking cigarettes and playing on their phones. Told us it was drive through only. We pulled to the drove through and were met with a robot message saying they were closed for the night. Unprofessional but I guess it's KFC so what was to be expected. Go across the street to Popeyes.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff here are super unprofessional and ghetto. No manners and clearly hate their job. They never have any food and will remain open for hours until close with no food to even serve. The DM really needs to pay this store a visit because management clearly is allowing this type of unprofessionalism from their staff. Beyond disgusted.
Ordered food through uber eats at 1015pm. Restaurant according to website closes at 11pm. Uber driver was informed that the Restaurant didn't have anything at all to make my order nor did they have anything to substitute. This Restaurant is a total mess and never gets orders right when they are able to complete them. They need new and polite employees and new management run the place better. Never again!! To much money spent for poor service.
I ordered an 8 piece checked tender meal with mash potatoes, biscuits, and coleslaw. I was alone, and even though there wasn't allot of people there, I didn't think I had to take container tops off and do a thorough search on my food but I ended up with macaroni & cheese and french fries instead of mash potatoes and Cole slaw! Last time I go here!
I went to KFC becuase there was no line during dinner hours. Every other place was full. Now I know why.The food I wanted was a 30 minute wait. The food I got was almost as cold as the cashiers personality. My mountain dew was thrown out becuase there was no syrup in it so I had nothing to drink. Not going to be going to this location any time soon!
They don't have what you want most of the time. Then I tried to explain to the manager on duty don't think the manager staff has knowledge when it comes to customer service. Getto attitude... She needs to go to Chick-fil-A and get a class on customer service. The KFC ON 5010 Mercury Blvd...
Got a two-piece chicken meal asked for two legs instead of a thigh with a leg was not given the two legs. Also asked for crispy was given original. No silverware was put in any of the bags. Top on kid drink was not put on so almost spilled
Trash place. Just pathetic and unprofessional. They gave me the wrong items and it had the nerve to be undercooked and raw. Then when i come back up here they have ATTITUDES!!! How are you mad. Saying 20 minutes on chicken. 20 minutes ??? All you sell is chicken !! What do you mean. I’m explaining to the little BOY in the window , what’s wrong with my order and he rudely closed the window while I’m speaking. You are lucky I’m saved ! The entire staff is unprofessional and lack customer service skills. When something like this happens the first step is to apologize to the customer. Nobody said anything. Everyone huffed puffed and rolled their eyes
Around 8:15pm. Ordered 4pc. chicken combo through drive thru and they said it’s gonna be a 10 minute wait so they told me to park. Waited for 20 minutes and even try to call the number but no answer. Can’t even go inside coz it’s locked. Drive thru was long so there’s no way I could follow up peacefully.
From the beginning, the experience was horrible. These guys had us waiting for 15 minutes for fresh chicken. That would have been fine if the food had been hot and right.
