Tried the new chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. Drive thru was fast and friendly.
Had an issue at another store and Tim went above and beyond to solve the issue. I was sent to this location and I'm very impressed by how good and fresh the food was. How clean the store is and also seen the team cleaning up behind themselves as well. Karen and her staff are very pleasant and a respectful team. I will be returning back to this location and also referring others here as well. Way to go Karen and staff!!!!!
KFC is dirty!!! Their cleaning procedures are disgusting! I used to work at KFC... several of them. The water they dip the battered meat in is supposed to be changed every dip round. I have seen them use the same blood water one whole shift. GROSS!!!
I have always been allowed to substitute side items for the family meal deals. I asked and they were adamant about saying no. For the heck of it I called 2 other KFC in a 15 mile radius and asked could it be done and they said yes. Get over yourselves KFC @Jefferson Ave.
KFC where is your chicken? Line wrapped but you low on chicken..You order and then have to wait till they look and see if you have those pieces available. ???
Food was delish. Wait time was horrible considering there was only 2 cars in the drive through, and one was me!
