I did an online order for 8 piece original. Just chicken I order it at 8:45pm and I didn’t receive my order until 9:40pm because they close the doors at 7:30 so the line was wrap around the building. And of course when I received my order you guessed it all the chicken was cold. Every time I order from the KFC in Newport News, Hampton area I’ve had a bad experience this needs to go to corporate. I don’t know what’s the problem is. Is it management or the employees and I definitely know it’s not COVID because there service and food quality was bad before it happened. People pay a lot of money for there food and in return it’s a slap in the face with the service and quality.

Food is decent but the Customer service sucked. They were rude. I won't be going back to them. They didn't even read my order back to me.

This KFC is the worst one I ever been in my life. There rude always have to wait forever and always run out of everything. I hate going to this KFC but that's the closest one to me . I ask for 3 wings they told me they didn't have any. But I ask for a breast n a wing they had that crooks.

Outstanding service outstanding food keep up the great work you will keep a great customer

We ordered a 12 piece meal, had to wait 20 minutes as it appears they had to make a fresh batch of chicken, which I understand, and I must say it was worth the wait because the chicken was on-point. The family also said the same. If they make it like that consistently they are the best KFC we've been to.

RUDE and NASTY. The Manager lack communication and customer service skills. I ask for a refund and Receipt for refund she said that they don’t give receipt. May be true maybe not. As everyone knows good Customer services is a must when working with the public. Management on today 3:45pm shift NEEDS Extensive customer service training.

I love KFC Hot wings but i wish KFC would bring the grilled chicken back to the menus.

Staff rude and extremely slow. Took over 10 minutes to get a fill up box. All they cared about was the drive through. Smallest breast I've ever gotten. Took 3 employees to verify it was a breast and not a thigh.Management obviously doesn't care about their customers. Filled out the survey on the receipt and 2 weeks later still haven't heard from them.

Every single time I go to this location my food is ALWAYS wrong, or I didn't get an item, its not cooked all the way, too hard. Got a Supreme taco tonight....no sour cream, 4 tomatoes. Smh...never again will I return to this store. I've wasted too much money on food and never get what I ordered.

Just sat in my car for 26 minutes while the person in the car in front of me kept handing the worker different cards to use to pay for food,finally started my car back up get to window asked the worker for a discount that was a big fat NO,as she was laughing about trying to get the person's card to work oh ya real funny while I had a hungry kid in the car,I asked her why didn't you have them pull in a parking spot to get it figured out anyway there was only 10 cars behind me,will be calling management ,they wouldn't answer the phone inside ,if I wouldn't have been stuck between cars I would have left
