Sent wrong sub size, called store to no answer. Then called their customer support to be reassured they would bring my proper sandwich and nothing ever was resolved by this store. Will be calling customer support again for a refund. How hard is it to get an order right when I paid for multiple extras and a larger size? The sandwich literally has Giant in the name on the receipt!

I was disappointed at the thought of a cold sub, but that was one of the best subs I've ever had and the fountain drink was crisp. I love the way the lettuce was shredded and it really was fresh. Will definitely be back
2nd-So trying again. As expected fast service. However still having quality issues. This order received 5 sandwich as combos. 3 of the sandwiches had cheese on one side. Next sandwich was a Big John that was more like little Debbie . It may have had 2 oz of roast beef and no cheese. Guess I'll go to Tech Center for JJ fix from now forward.1st visit- I was excited about new location. Bread was little hard on the bottom seemed a little over done vs stale. They we slow and gave us the wrong drinks. I'll chalk this up to new location and try again.
Just ok nothing special. This was not my 1st time eating @ this Jimmy Js I'm just being honest. Nothing against them it just didn't move me in way I thought it would.
Literally the most pathetic sub I’ve ever had it’s so bad I felt compelled to write a review something I don’t doI paid 17 bucks for 6 slices of ham a piece sub par bread and a like 6 strips of bacon.I know the economy is tough but come on guys this is robbery. I’ll be sticking to firehouse or jersey mikes I mean even wawa outpaces this.Staff was friendly though
Been to this location at least half a dozen times already. Always quick and well made like you would expect from Jimmy John's. The employees are so friendly and nice. Once one of them snuck my puppy a slice of bacon while we waited for the subs. Love this place!
This location has poor customer service. We ordered online. The sandwich was not what we ordered. We live 3 minutes from location and it took an hour to arrive then when we called about the sandwich not being what we ordered the manager just wanted to give us a bunch of excuses rather than trying to rectify the situation. We will go back to using the Jefferson Ave location.
