My food is fine, i wish my sandwich wasn’t plastered with lettuce on my Italian night club but it’s fine. Taste good and satisfying. But my drink, bleh! My drink taste flat old and warm. I got no ice!
#6 veggie sub every. Single. Time. Idk if it's the bread or what, but this sub is soooooo good. I can't find a complaint with the store or the employees. They are always fast and efficient.
Food was good, restaurant clean, and the staff was nice. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the women's bathroom. It was clean but, there were no hooks to hang my coat or purse...smh. There were no toilet seat protectors to sit down (not cool for doing extra). Lastly, if I want to read about the planet Uranus on the floor in front of the toilet, I'll look it up on my phone while I'm eating. Come on JJ, YOU GOTTA DO BETTER!!
Sitting in the restaurant I saw an order get filled and placed in a bag on the counter. Then it tipped and all fell out onto the floor. A young woman picked it all up, put it back in the bag and of it went for delivery!! It all happened so quick. Sick!! I'll never eat there again!!

I went to write this scathing review on Door Dash only to find out Jimmy Johns "Delivers their own orders". Next time, leave it to the professionals bud. Never ordering from this location again.

The food is good. The staff is NOT friendly and it was eerily quiet in there. Like the staff couldn't stand their coworkers. That made it seem very awkward to us like we needed to stay quiet and not talk at all!
After waiting for 5 mins for someone to take my order and 10 mins for my sandwich they told me they ran out of bread. I think there were 5 people working, only one actually making sandwiches. The workplace is not your social club where you occasionally make sandwiches. Jimmy John’s, this interaction was shameful.
This is the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been to. It didn’t used to be this way but the last two times I’ve come it’s taken 20 minutes for 1 single sub. That is freaky slow. And it’s not that they didn’t have staff there were 7 employees and only 2 people in front of me.
The amount of staff versus speed of service is lacking. They were laughing and giggling and going on about something so much that they weren’t really even paying attention to the sandwich line which is probably why my kids meals were messed up. The 3 sandwiches I got my children were laughable. The bread was so hard I knocked it on the table and it sounded like someone knocking on a door. I ordered plain sandwiches one with pickles and one plain and one with cheese and meat and they all came with lettuce and tomatoes. There was one worker there who was professional out of the whole bunch. He was a young man on the register with gold earrings.The table was sticky and it was just overall a hot mess in there.
