I used to like to go to Jasons on occasion but will not be back. The people behind the counter basically ignored us when we came in and spent most of the time we were there talking and laughing, basically just hanging out. The ice cream machine was broken and when i asked for a choice of sides i was told that only chips were available. They did give us cookies to replace the ice cream, but we had to ask for the replacement. Finally two sandwiches and two drinks was over $31! No value for the money and food is average at best. Small sandwich and ruffle potato chips. Meh....
VERY good food, but unfortunately there's always something missing with pickup orders. I order the same thing every time, which is essentially a chicken club salad. Last time there was no avocado and this time there was no chicken. It wasn't always like this. Will probably try the Hampton location next time. This place is usually really good for dine-in on weekends though.
Ate lunch here and had the salad bar. This is a good place just needs some tweaks. I had to tell the employees that there was no lettuce or cucumbers on the bar. None of the salad dressings weren't labeled so I had to guess what was what. The counters by the drink/ice cream area need a deep clean. The ice cream machine was broken and no sign indicating it was. Me and two small children were big time disappointed.
I came in for a Plain Jane baked potato but there would be a 25 minute wait. I ordered two potatoes and returned 30 minutes later. Due to circumstances beyond Tori's control the baked potatoes were not ready. The oven broke! Tori was determined to make it right for me. I had a sandwich and chili instead. Tori told me about the rewards program and offered me a cookie for waiting so patiently. I will be back for the baked potato later. Thank you Tori for the excellent customer service.
Only have been there once, bought lunch while at work. Got a chicken wrap with a fruit cup, half of the fruit was underripe the rest was overripe. The wrap was fine, nothing special. The entire meal was like $15. Never going back
Food isn't bad, service can use a little work though. Ordered some food and never got the soup I ordered. Got everything else, but not the soup. When I called about it I was told I'd get a refund for the missing items and that still hasn't happened.
HORRIBLE everytime I order my food ahead it's never ready at scheduled pick up time. I have a 30min. Lunch so if I ordered it to be ready at a specific time then I expect my food at that time. I do understand that things happen however it's everytime I've ordered from this location. I even ordered and set a scheduled time and went 10mins. Later and it still wasn't ready. The manager in charge has a bad attitude and and doesn't communicate well. I asked him how long would my order take because I only have 30mins. I said would it be ready in 15mins. Very unprofessional. Then I walked inside only to see my order sitting there. If he doesn't want oto do curbside you should not offer it.
The organic vegetable soup created a satisfying late night snack. Full of vegetables, low on the broth. So GOOD! Make a quick run or order online to pick up.
made a to go order tonight at NN location. 2 bowls of soup and a Ranchero. The location was slow at this time. 25 minutes after ordering, they lost my check. 10 minutes later they gave me wrong food. waited another 10 minutes for my order. The girl mentioned that the line printer was broken. Hopefully you guys get this resolved. Wasn't really a good to go experience. Thanks
I forgot what I got. But my s/o got the mesa wrap and he absolutely loved it. It was nice inside as we waited for our food (not long)
