Service is always very nice. Food presentation always comes out looking hot and amazing! We always get seated in a timely manner. My only issue is the cleaning. Maybe try hot water and a good degreaser soap, it's the only issue. You can see the kitchen so I know it pretty decent but having the place cleaned better would set this location apart because the food and service is great!
I brought my mom n aunt here this morning for breakfast which actually was second choice cause the place we orginally went to was packed. Anyway I have to admit we all njoyed our meal overall. Annette our waitress has been working n food services for 20 years and she was a good waitress. The reviews are so bad about this place but our experience was pretty done good. So I'm giving them 5 stsrs.
Our waiter Nikki was great! Our food came out fast and she was very polite and checked on us throughout our visit. I’ll definitely visit this location again.
The breakfast was OK. The bacon ,one slice was raw the other slice was over cooked. My husband for some reason has to always order something different. He ordered the turkey which looked awful. The broccoli was even worst. As you can see the cheese is melted on the plate not the broccoli. For the price you would expect better.
The waitress who was assigned to the section we moved to was rude when she came to the table because it was 20 minutes before they closed( we were unaware of the fact that they closed at 3 on Sunday) so let's just say she was quickly replaced b4 she could put pen to paper. The replacement was VERY kind and the food was on point. He was tipped generously for his service.
The older guy with silver hair was not very polite. I was asking him for a waiter because mine was super busy and he just kept on telling me to the waiter would get you at your table. I know how to read signs. But the fact that his only response was you only pay at the table the waiter will get you was all that he knew how to say.The food was good... waiter was excellent. The front of house not so much...
Apparently they close at 3 now. Hostess was very sweet and sat us. The first thing our server says is "we do close at 3". Just for future reference, that has nothing to do with the customer. Server (Alicia) had an attitude and only perked up when she brought the check. Also, her and other servers were right behind our booth gossiping and talking bad about customers. Won't be visiting this location again. The next step should just be to close it honestly. Also, manager was nice and very helpful.
FOOD WAS HOT FRESH AND RECEIVED IT VERY FAST. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND NICE. THEY EVEN HELD THE DOOR FOR ME AND MY PREGNANT DAUGHTER! NICE TO SEE MEN STILL BEING REAL MEN! THANKS IHOP STAFF!
Friendly service, great waitress. Food was brought up quickly and hot. Their salt dispenser was faulty and they forgot our drink to go,other than that, the place was clean plus great atmosphere and just the right temperature for a rainy,cold day
I expected more for what they are. Woman behind us got something wrong in her order. Our order the toast came after eating her breakfast.. across from us a woman ordered over hard and they gave her over easy and she didn't get her bacon.. For us two breakfasts and two juices without tip over $32 and it wasn't very good. Won't be here again.
