I really don’t ever do this but couldn’t ignore it. I got an avocado toast which wasn’t even toasted, got a turkey sausage egg and cheese that clearly is on a English muffin but for whatever reason it was on a croissant and wasn’t informed of that and my tater tot’s were literally falling about cuz of how oily and undercooked they were. Will. Not. Be. Back.

I have tried and tried to make this my number 1 coffee go to! BUT they cannot get it right....seemingly EVER.1 simple drink order. Is more often mixed wrong than right. I order NO SUGAR drinks. I get sugar! They run out of donuts!!!!!!! They run out of different food items. They are horrible at customer service. I'm over it!

Out of the 6-8 years that I’ve been getting Dunkin this is the only place to EVER stir the sugar in the bottom of my iced coffee. It seems silly but whoever did that you just made my day. Idk why every Dunkin doesn’t do this.

If we could they would get a ZERO! We came to order one coffee in the box & a dozen donuts. So the order was not huge! Also added was a large coffee. The cashier said the wait wouldn't be long. She asked could we pull fwd. The wait was very long. All the other cars were being waited on. Go back thru and the window was open and the new cashier would not acknowledge someone was at the window.I had to say excuse me. I asked what the hold up was with the order. A lady comes up Yelling saying next time order a day ahead. I said why are you yelling? She says you're rushing us, and I only have 2 employees here. She says I was yelling. I said I'm not yelling, I can't pull fwd again bc I have to go. Your cashier said it wouldn't take long. She said the order is almost done. I said we want our money back. She yells and says I need the receipt. Then took the card and refunded the money. Someone was on the phone and they heard and commented on how rude and unprofessional she was.Corporate office received a call asap! Waiting on a call from the owner. I do NOT recommend this place!

Was a great Dunkin’ Donuts when it first opened. Now they have a hard time having a variety of products such as milk cups and flavors almost every visit very disappointed.

I have an audiovisual disorder that makes navigating through a drive through very difficult. I will usually pull ahead to the window but today I wasn’t served at the window because the new girl was “too busy and alone.”The previous morning girl was accommodating to my disability and her lips and body language was very easy to read and she was always friendly. When stuff was out, she always made good suggestions on suitable replacements for my mobile order if stock was out. She also would carefully hand me my items - I have a weak grip due to a hand injury and I have a lot of difficulty holding things at that window’s angle (it is very high). Even the gentleman who worked in the mornings too was very good about it.Ever since the new girl started working mornings instead, it’s just been a different experience. Today was kind of the last straw.

Waited ten minutes for 2 coffees, then another two or so for cream and sugar. Oh they were also out of English muffins by 9:00 am.

Usually a pretty good Dunkin for me always a regular in the mornings. However this one incident didn't sit too well with me. I did a mobile order, and I ordered two sandwhiches. When I arrived I was told they were sold out, which is no big deal. When I asked if it could get refunded back to my card that I used on the mobile order, I was told the manager was not there, and they were not authorized to do refunds

Went there to get begals asked for it toasted and with cream cheese and to add extra cream cheese and I barely got any cream cheese. So yea this DD needs to do better.

I love DD but not this location. The donuts were very dry and very cold. Additionally, the were stuffed into a crumpled bag. The DD on J Clyde and near Denbigh and Jefferson is much better.
