Food's good and they usually get it right but the hours they have posted mean nothing. You can show up 2 hours after they were supposed to open or before they were supposed to close and have no one working the drive thru and see no one inside.
I had made in Mobile order went to pick it up they had none of the stuff that I ordered on top of I spent 20 minutes in the lobby waiting the girl with the blonde hair kept going on her phone texting with her gloves and wiping her nose with her gloves and then touching people's other food the gentleman that was there just a few minutes ago was very helpful I do not appreciate being asked what my order is by her and then her saying okay give me a minute and 10 minutes later she's texting on her phone while wiping her nose with gloves that she's using to take bagels out with for the drive-thru very disappointing every time I come here I'm in the Drive-Thru for at least 35 minutes that is why I ordered a head and I still was there for about 30 minutes we need to get some real employees in this Duncan people depend on their coffee
Just went through the drive thru and the staff worked through the long line quickly. Then they were friendly and helpful on the intercom and at the window. I don't write many reviews, but I was too impressed to not write this one!
They allow you to order online ahead for pick up in store, but when I got here the doors were locked. Since I had already paid ahead I has to sit in the drive thru for 10 mins and was late for work. If I had not paid a head i would have just left, but I couldn’t because then Id be out $7.
Dunkin "Don't have no" Donuts!!!! That should be there name. I have been to this location on a few occasions annnnd I have yet to actually get a donut!! First time, It was in the afternoon...sorry we are out of donuts...second time mid-day the only thing they had was pumpkin spice. Ok so I go again, and of course no donuts! Yeah, im officially done with this place! Maybe they should change there name to Dunkin Coffee Shop.....Hell they might not even have that, i haven't asked....
Consistency of product is poor. From one store to another and same store on different days. I've noticed menu boards are missing panels and generally dirty.
Always a long wait and you cannot pick up inside, which makes for a longer wait! However, the staff is friendly and it's always fresh. Pricey, but delicious!
Since staffing has been changing. This location struggles with being consistent with orders. My coffee is never right. You can't go in the store. You will have to communicate through drive thru. Don't pull off without making sure your orders are correct. I hope the location closer to my house will have better service.
Let me just say I'm truely sad to write this review because this location as a whole has been amazing with the quality of their coffee, speed, and customer service; However, this morning was different. I waited over 30 mins for a medium coffee. I found out they're speakers were not working. They didn't offer to upsize the drink or anything.
One star if that did a mobile order at 8am went to pick it up at 812am and the door was locked. Then i was told there are not open till 9am but the on line app says 5am.i work in norfolk so there was no waiting to be had. ... And i still need to get a refund because you cant cancell a mobile order.
