This used to be the best in the area. And I'm usually pretty patient. However when they didn't include part of my order in the bag I had to wait in the drive thru line again and then wait for it to be made. I don't typically expect free or complimentary but this was ridiculous. Just open the doors for pick ups and screw ups. I will definitely just drive by this one too go to J Clyde.
This DD takes forrrrrever…. Esp in the drive thru! When you get to the window they’re taking their time. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if I didn’t have my 2 toddlers in the car as we wait 20+ minutes. Where is management?

I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts but this has to be the worst one I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of something I ask for and the line takes forever!!!
Doors locked and NO SIGNS... again! Thanks for not communicating with us! I really LOVE (not!) walking up to pick up my order and finding the door locked, then having to wait in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes (nice sign on the drive-thru speaker, by the way, AFTER we wait in line). Have you ever heard of customer service?
As busy as this store is, you have to better prepare for the day. At least make enough to make it to 11 AM. I won’t make the mistake of waiting half an hour for that experience again.
I did an app order and got to the window. They asked what I got, I said an app order and my name. The gal turned around and looked very confused. She handed me a drink and said have a good day. I said there was more to my order. She asked what did you get? I said a sandwich and 10 donut holes and one donut. She said ok and left. Another gal came to the window and said $9.08. I said I already paid via my app order. She looked confused and said oh. What did you get so I repeated myself. The younger gal came back with some donut holes which weren’t correct. Needless to say after several times of opening and closing their little window and 20 min later I got the sandwich and some of the correct donut holes and my one donut. This is not the first time this has happened. It seems like every time I place an app order the same run around happens. They always look so confused….

Last two trips to this store have resulted in missing items. Staff seems more interested in talking to each other then insuring the orders are correct. Delivery issues as well...missing items.
They have their lobby door closed and the line is wrapped around the building. Most Dunkin’ Donuts have their lobbies open to mobile and pickup deliveries. This location is beyond slow, and no updates when you get to the intercom of delays. I’ve been here for over 15 mins and the order is already paid for. Their computer went down, I had to get their attention to even acknowledge that I was at the window. A lady whom I assume is the manager just said oh it went down as she looked at me twice and nothing. You can tell she was upset that I brought it up
