The people here don’t smile and they don’t acknowledge people when you picking up orders unless you’re buying that’s when they smile. Their customer service is bad they don’t know let customers know they will be right with you.
If this is true, that the food and business is so nasty and people are finding bugs in their food, why put up with that and continue to let this happen by notReporting it
So rude I have stood in front of the counter for 7 minutes with my food ready on the counter until the employee finished his level in a video game before serving me my food and the smirk on his face is always icing. I figured I could tip and get over it. No use many re visits exactly the same always laughing as they ignore you standing right in front of them. Wow! I DID NOT ORDER BROCOLI AND THE FOOD WAS READY ON THE COUNTER I NEVER TOOK MY EYES OFF IT!
The service was down right offal I went in yesterday because they offer shrimp toast on the menu. I order two orders of shrimp toast the man says No!! No!!! We don't have it! I asked do you ever have it it is on the menu. Tomorrow!!! I come back today the rude guy says yes I order two orders of shrimp toast & shrimp in lobster sauce with fried rice. 15 minutes!!! I get my order home to fined burnt shrimp toast never again!!!!
Sechuan dumplings and Hunan wontons have peanut sauce. Doordash descriptions do not mention this.
They have really gone downhill. I made an order today and everything but the rice was burned.
Ordered Vegetable chow mein, their menu explicitly says it comes with noodles yet it looked more like chop suey and no noodles, even though a chow mein dish is a noodle dish. The guy on the phone was barley helpful. Drunken noodles and Szechuan dumplings were sub-par and not spicy at all. One of the worst places I have ever ordered from.

Decent prices. Good size servings. We have liked everything we've gotten here before and tonight was no different. We prefer to go in or call in to order over their online option but online does have 10% off.
Ordered Saturday and got food poisoning. Never again! I had the Singapore noodle dish with shrimp and chicken.
