Went to order on the app, placed the order and for some reason the app messed up part of the order. Called in and talked to one of the employees and they said it would be no problem to make a new one and send it over since the order hadn't been delivered yet. Received the order with the messed up part and never got the corrected part. Will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Orders are always correct and hot. They just need to stop serving naked wings. Other than that they are perfect

Large online order placed. Food was excellent. Sauces were included as requested. Gave instruction not to knock or ring doorbell. Driver called to let me know the food was outside. Great personal touch.

My last ordering was missing 1 of 2 lava cakes. I called back and was told it was added to my account. Tried to add it to another order (that was over an hour late ) and was told it wasn’t on my account. Due to the order being so late i was offered a free soda, and was told it was either the free soda or the lava cake that was mine anyway. And this was a manager (kershawn or kreshawn) definitely needs to be retrained. Horrible customer service

I’m literally a crack fiend for Domino’s Pizza I love their crust I love all their options they really stepped it up back when I did that big change I want to say in 2010 I may be wrong with that year but even the delivery drivers are so nice in there quick they say 30 to 45 minutes sometimes but yeah right that turns into 15 to 20 minutes and They do not play around

This location for years was killer at delivering carry out orders efficiently and deliciously. The food quality has not gone down but it seems like something has changed recently, be it store management or other, that has caused the timeliness of their food prep to suffer immensely.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwhich and a pizza. Asked for extra cheese on my sand and it had no cheese and almost no toppings. My pizza had almost no sauce on it couldn't even taste it. Called and complained manager said there was sauce on the pizza but gave me the credit. Sandwhich was so dry I HAD to add mayo.

A+ team at this Domino's location on Clyde Morris in Newport News! My order is always hot out of the oven to my curbside pickup. The crew is always happy and smiling. Kudos to you!

Placed an order on Friday, with the J.Clyde Morris Blvd. store, and called to cancel 10 minutes later because it was going to take 92 mins. Three hours later on the dot, Dominos shows up with the order. I told them that I cancelled the order, but they left it anyway. Why am I upset well 1. I cancelled the order, but was told that it would take 3 days to return the money. 2. When I spoke with the manager after 15 minutes on hold, he said well that is just the way it is! 3. After receiving the order 3 hours later (did not want it because I had already ate), I called to make sure that I would receive a refund, and the girl said well why did you cancel? I replied that I was hungry and did not want to wait an hour and a half to get my food. At this point, it had been 3 hours, so I am glad that I cancelled, but even then the order was not complete and I was charged for sauces that I did not get. 4. Here we are 5 days later, and there is no refund in my bank which I did not expect because not once was I asked for my name or any information pertaining to the order. When I called today, (5 days later) the stand in "manager" Samantha could only tell me that for further reference it will be a 3 hour wait on deliveries. (Never asked what is your name so I can check on that for you etc..) which at that time I informed her that she didn't have to worry about that because I was that one and done customer. Second, her argument was that they do not charge you until the end of the night.....well I laughed and said that is not a good argument when you tell people that it will take 3 days to refund. (when you haven't even charged the card yet) ... why do you even need to charge my card at the end of the night if I cancelled????? Samantha was not trained well. I guess Domino's is short handed like everyone, but they should pick more professional people to play as managers. I am not even mad or upset about the 3 hour wait for a cold and incomplete order ( I had already ate), but for the lies and unprofessionalism that I received. Side note, I emailed corporate the same night, but I have not heard back from them to date.

Made order for deliver. One hour went by so I called for status. I was told 3 other orders were ahead of me and they are really busy. They said another 30 mins.Thirty minutes later, I called and complained to manager (Nancy). Told her it's been an hour and a half. She repeated they were busy and would be another 30-40 mins. Asked her about a credit since I've been waiting almost 2 hrs! She said I was already getting a discount from a coupon I used when I initially ordered.Nancy had a very rude and nonchalant attitude! Terrible customer service. I will be elevating the issue. Food is usually cold or lukewarm. AVOID THIS POORLY MANAGED LOCATION!
