Great experience! We sat outside and came to see the band Slick Trick Band. The music was great and very entertaining. They really got the crowd involved and up dancing. The food and drinks were very tasty. Hands down the best Crab Dip on the peninsula. Collard Greens and Cheesy Grits we ordered to share were a huge hit, we even shared them with the table next to us. Our server Anne-Marie was swamped with customers adding chairs to every table giving her probably 60 customers and she was all over it. We never waited long for anything. I can't say enough about how she made our night. We will be back.
The food was excellent. I had the shrimp and grits and my wife had a cheeseburger. We also had the fried pickles.The reason I only gave them 4 stars was whoever answered the phone made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and then when we got there the hostess was nowhere to be found. We easily waited 10 minutes for the hostess to get to her station and greet us.Other than that, it was a good experience.
Staff were excellent, and I ordered the flank steak. It was a much larger portion that I expected and was delicious. My friends also commented on how good their food was.
Lovely night to sit out and enjoy the air and music. I didn't give 5 stars due to the hour wait to eat inside. There was plenty of empty tables inside, not sure what the wait was so long. However, the food and drinks made up for that.I ordered the rib basket and my boyfriend had the NY strip with a shareable side of mac n cheese.Only downside was not being able to pick your sides. The food was very good he drinks were delicious.
Went to the Cove Tavern for lunch with my family. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious. Our drinks and appetizers came out pretty fast. We were able to have a normal level conversation at our table while we ate. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. They even have their own rewards program. I’ll definitely will be a repeat customer.
My friend and I went over for a mid afternoon burger and beers and received wonderful service from Mindy. Always nice to get genuine honest service and conversation with your meal to make a great dining experience. Thanks Mindy with the green eyes.

I met with 49 of my eXp Realtors at the Cove restaurant where we dined in from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.. The kitchen personnel prepared excellent food and their presentation was top notch. The staff preparing the drinks were superb, professional and engaging. The management kept everything moving smoothly. I highly recommend the Cove for anyone to enjoy themselves and friends for a most pleasurable dining experience.
Gabriel was a great server who was very attentive, friendly and patient. Even when it came to difficult customers, Gabe kept a calm demeanor and did everything he could to accommodate disgruntled customers. Thank you Gabe and please don’t be discouraged, you did very well.
I really liked the restaurant. Very nice atmosphere. I'm assuming they are having a staffing problem because service seemed to be slow. I was hoping to try the bread pudding, had even emailed the restaurant about it but didn't receive a reply. The waiter was very competent, but I think a bit overwhelmed. My salad was good, the salmon was delicately seasoned. I asked for sweet potato fries - he brought out green beans (he did later bring out the BEST sweet potato fries I've ever had after I reminded him about my request). He never asked us if we wanted dessert. Overall, it was an okay experience.
