Your parking lot is an absolute cluster, other locations aren't like this! Your food is good and service is good value for the money, but I'll enjoy it in Gloucester, Norfolk, and VA Beach.But this location was never meant to have a drive thru as it use to be a pizza restaurant.
Always consistently good food no matter what location I've been to. Not sure who would want an eggnog milkshake though, but if you're into milkshakes 40 different flavors should satisfy you.
Just my opinion but I don't see what the big deal is. The food is not bad, but I wasn't impressed. Their Big Double burger is "not" big, it's just a regular burger with two patties, and they are NOT big at all. And I didn't taste any kind of seasoning except for the onion and pickles on it. I will say that the onion rings were tasty though. I didn't buy one but my brother said their milkshakes were very good, and thick.
Not sure what all the fuss is about. The burgers were OK and the milkshakes were even okay-er. They just weren't as creamy as others and they melted funny like the milk was separating somehow. There's always a long line wrapped around the building so I figured it must be outstanding. I just wasn't that impressed.
Not the same cookout I'm used to. Portions were smaller and they forgot an order of fries. Food was prepared poorly. Cheeseburgers didn't have cheese and the wrap was like 2 bites. On a positive note, the cheese curds and the eggnog milkshake was very good. Hoping it will be better again after all this covid mess.

The food is exactly as it should be, service is fast enough and friendly enough. Fair warning, this place tends to be super busy, especially since COVID shut down their dining room. The drive thru does their best, but expect a wait. Milkshakes are worth the wait though.
great place to go and get food for a great price, you can easily get an entre with 2 sides and a drink for under $8 which is great considering a lot of other fast food chains are getting greedy and raising there prices. What stands out about cookout besides its prices is the quality of the food and it hours, you can come here at 3am and get served fast. Love this place!
Foods decent for the price, but service is terrible. Only get our order right maybe 25% of the time. Tried ordering two milkshakes tonight with same toppings one chocolate one vanilla....had to repeat 6 times and dude read back wrong every time. Finally thought he had it and of course wrong when we got to the window.
This place is awesome! You get great food with fast service. I will always come to any cookout because I know what service I will be getting. I love cookout!
