My first trip. Chicken was super tender, crunchy and scorchin hot. Cashier was friendly and helped me decide what to get.HONEY BUTTA BISCUIT!!!! ?OH MA GAWD.Wish there was a location in Hampton on Mercury Blvd.
When I went there the cashier was on her phone the whole time taking my order. Surprisingly she got it correct but when it came to putting it into the bag I got half the order. Mind you I was on my way to another state after I left this place. Good thing there was a seven eleven across the street where I had to stop next to buy sanitizer. I checked my bag and noticed my whole order was not there so I drove back and had her finish my order. She didn't complain or was mad about it but she did look confused. Thankfully I got it squared away because I had a few hours to drive and I was gonna be really upset. The food was bland like it was never seasoned. The only thing good was the coleslaw in my opinion.
I watched the young lady working inside pick her teeth, then wipe it on her pants leg. She then fixed someone’s food. I said well maybe that’s not my order. Yep it was smh. When she bought it over to the window I told her that I didn’t want that filthy mess. Keep in mind, she wasn’t wearing any gloves during any of this. We try to support businesses in our community but maybe this place needs to be shut down. This is all after I waited an extra 30 minutes for them to open, because they were running late.
The place is terribly outdated..it really needs to torn down and rebuilt. They have many crater size potholes in the driveway so please dont go thru there. Most of the time they forget something in your order or dont EVER have condiments in stock or other things. I pray one day customer service gets a little bit better and I hope they start to change their grease on the regular.
I like churches! They make good chicken most of the time. Just don't let them give you the old chicken that's sitting up on the shelf for a couple hours. If you get them to make it fresh, the best in the business!
I haven't had them in a very long time the biscuits are still one of the best and there chicken omg
Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes picking up a GrubHub order. No one said anything to me at the ordering mic. Pulled up to pick up customers food, said we not doing those orders tonight. Why didn't you tell me that when I was at the mic?! So I waited another 10 because you don't want to ask the customer. Will never go back.
The speaker is broken at the drive through. The ladies at the window were very friendly and quick with their service. With the speaker being out it slowed down the process and caused the car waiting to block everyone else
Got home and my order was all wrong! Never again! And the store phone doesn't work! So you can't call them about your order after they mess it up! So sad!
I ordered a 10 piece family meal...MIXED...I get home with legs and thighs..Cold fries..burnt butter biscuits..Church's is falling off. I've had much better food and service at this spot..!!
