You can really tell they hire high school dropouts. No one knows how to look at an order and and actually prepare what's on it. Don't order delivery, its a bad time everytime. Never order extra meat for delivery. 9/10 they wont bother to put it on there. I really get the vibes that they don't care about delivery because the customer isn't there to watch them make their food. Laziness at its best.

Ordered it online for pick up in 30 min...waited in store 50min while they filled walk up orders and online orders made well after mine. After they realized my order was over 30 min late they "reprinted" my order and I still had to wait for 5 other online orders before they started making mine. When I got my order they forgot my chips and salsa, salad dressing for my bowl, and didn't put salsa on my tacos. Zero stars! We love chipotle but I'll pass on this location from now on.

Put in our order through the app at 5:15 for pickup time at 5:30. Arrived to find the line out the door. Waited patiently while dine in and and walk in customers came and went with their food. Around 5:50 they made an announcement that there would be a ten minute wait for more chicken to cook. At this point they blocked off the entrance to the walk in line and said they would not be taking anymore walk ins. At 6:10 I asked a crew member if my order was received and he went to the prep line and confirmed it was being made. Finally walked out with my order around 6:20, almost and hour after my confirmed pick up time. No apologies or thanks for my patience and no explanation as to why they were running so behind. Got home to find my order correct but the burritos were folded completely wonky- like big squares and they immediately fell apart. Do better Chipotle Newport News!

They try to be fast in getting you in and out. Food is good. But sometimes you need to stay on top if them that they make your food not the person behind you or infront. Or an online order while making your food. I went 3 different days around lunch time for obvious reasons. And similar results every time. Had to.make sure 2 out of the 3 times they added the right stuff to the right persons food.

This is absolutely the worst Chipotle experience and the nastiest tasting food I've been served out of all the Chipotles I've been to. Beware... Do not order online because I stood and watched them filling the online orders and what they put in the bowls, burritos, and tacos were simply skimpy portions. Literally, I mean literally, a server put about 10 small strands of lettuce in a bowl because there was hardly any left in the bin. Instead of going to get more lettuce, he went on to fill the next bowl with with the last four pieces of lettuce and didn't think twice about it. When it came time for me to get my bowl, I had to ask for more lettuce. The new bin was filled with 90% yellow lettuce with a thin layer of green lettuce covering the surface. There was hardly any pinto beans so the lady gave me a leveled spoonful and moved to the next item. I had to tell her to give me more because it wasn't even the typical amount. This is getting too lengthy so the bottom line is the workers are either told or taught by management to give just the bare necessities when making the food and as long as they don't get complaints, it's all good. Well, I'm complaining. This restaurant is terrible! I'm going to reach out to corporate to complain because the level of customer care is subpar which reflects a decrease in customer retention. I wish I had gone to the location on Warwick boulevard. Although I haven't visited that location yet, it can't be worse than this location, which is located inside the Patrick Henry Mall.

I ordered via uber eats. I am still in shock, there was a screw in my food. This picture was taken after I removed it from my mouth. I can't believe this. That could have been very dangerous.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. It was a mess in there. Out of napkins. Out of most their hot sauces. I felt bad for the staff- they looked stressed. They definitely didn’t know how to roll a burrito. Out of a lot of ingredients.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Nasty attitudes, they charged me for a side without telling me, and also didn’t include chips. I was charged $13 for a lame quesadilla with no chips or drink, I will NEVER visit this facility, if you want GREAT FOOD along with SUPERB customer service, I recommend Moe’s 100%.

Go to the Chipotle on Warwick. This Patrick Henry Chipotle has horrible customer service, status communication, and food quality. The availability of walk-in/takeout/delivery when you call is often incorrect as this manager likes to close the line off from walk-in orders, and you also can't use gift-cards on mobile. The restaurant will happily ignore your calls if you have any problems with your order, and you probably will have consistent problems with the order since their portions are small compared to the other restaurants. The food clearly tastes like it hasn't been rotated.Basically, you will get more out of your money and support a business that actually cares about it's customers if you patronize the Warwick location.

Ordered a steak burrito bowl for delivery and they gave me a veggie bowl. No one seems to know how to pick up the phone at the store to fix my order either. You would think with fast food workers making more now they’d actually get the simple things right, but nope. Can’t make a simple order right
