I perfer this LOCATION over the HAMPTON LOCATION anyday!Take the drive ...Servers and Bartenders friendlier more helpful and get the job done with good service!!Clean, spacious good vibes at this location food presentation more better!got my PRESIDENTIAL MARGARITA FINALLY?with no problems!! This was the 3rd time there , but on a Saturday. It wasn't crowded but they had hardly any help our server was either new or just was the only one. Not having silverware then when I did get it the fork had food in it ! Took awhile to get another set my broccoli was cold by then. Asked for bag for carryout never got it, I just took it out without it. Not sure if I'll go back.
We ordered through Doordash. We were missing one of the sides of Loaded cheese fries, Honey Mustard for chicken tenders, Ranch for other chicken tenders, dressing for Chicken salad, and Citrus Balsamic Dressing for one side salad. The two side salads were WAY to small for the price. The Brisket Quesadillas was terrible. very little meat, in fact 2 pieces had no meat. The Quesadillas were hard and inedible over an inch around the edge. looked just rushed together. Chicken tenders and Ribs were tasty. Missing items like above really messes up your dinner. I could understand missing one thing but missing that many shows they didn't check or don't care.
Very nice waitress. They have good food deals. We shared the 2 for $25 and had more food than we could finish. Clean restaurant.The restroom, however, needs attention. Toilet paper holders are broken and it was not as clean as I would like.
The Chicken Quesadillas are just wonderful and the bacon ranch sauce is absolutely delicious. It's a must to try
Food was very good. My wife had a burger with fries and I had the 6oz sirloin with mash and broccoli. The steak was cooked appropriately, however, the food was not hot, more like luke warm. Our waitress was helpful and friendly and did an outstanding job.
In last few months the level of service in the curb side pickup has been on a serious decline. Last night it finally was at it's worst. It started with the time between receiving the "order ready" text and actually receiving the food in excess of 20 minutes. Once my order was finally received and it was brought home the quality of the food was extremely poor. Every entree that had a dipping sauces were missing. The food was extremely overcooked and and not at all fresh. Even the tortilla chips were bordering burnt and inedible. For those of you reading this, I'd you are wondering why did I even leave with such horrible service and food. Not to place blame but my teenager with no attention to detail picked up the order and probably didn't even think to check everything out. With all that said I will definitely pass on ordering from Chili's in the future. Take your business elsewhere...
At this point I’m questioning what type of meat is used for the steak fajitas? How is it possible that none of the steak is chewable. I’ve noticed this issue years ago but always thought maybe I just didn’t get good steak but hey here I am still. Someone should send it to a lab like they did Subways tuna.
We started off shaky with waiting for a waitress and when she finally came she was fantastic. We chose the 2 for 25 and were not disappointed. After adding a larger steak and two corn We left at $43. It was worth it. Burger was marvelous, steak cooked right, Mexican corn scrumptious. Would go back.
Maybe even a 1 star...I don't typically leave bad reviews; feel free to look at my other reviews to verify. But this was disappointing. Wait staff was sub-par and our both was dirty. Like obviously not cleaned. The table was wiped, but that's where any cleanliness ended I'm afraid. The food was also below my expectation. Not returning to this location. Sorry. I think it needs new management. This was a Friday around 5pm, well before any rush; no reason for the slap shod job. Even the tablet to submit payment was gross.
