I love Chick Fila but this location has taken a turn for the worst. My wife warned me before going in that this location was filthy inside. She was right, when I went in it was dirty everywhere. I don't think one table was clean and the floor, well it was bad. Number of employees did not seem to be an issue either. If this was what the customer was supposed to see I would hate to see how dirty the food prep area was. Will drive to one further away next time.
Consistently mess up orders won’t refund for food not delivered or missing managers are rude overall worst chick fil a experience ever multiple times.

I've been here before, but today was my first visit since they renovated and changed the drive-thru traffic flow. It has 2 lanes marked by pylons. (If you get held up and want to leave, too bad.) My receipt is time stamped 3:45:38. I didnt get my order until 4:10. (Trans Seq No 2059914). Totally not worth me returning!

I rarely leave reviews. I have given this location no joke, 5 times to just not suck. The first few times I chalked it up to the fact that it’s CFA and of course they’re busy. This is BY FAR the slowest location I’ve ever been to. Like so much so that I won’t and can’t go anymore.Today I went for the last time. Waited about 25 minutes just for a kids meal and a meal for myself. I left which was my mistake and then after realized they didn’t even give me everything I ordered. I had no time to go back and wait again.Seems a lot of people have the same complaint about this location. Hopefully something changes. These reviews really tarnish the company’s name.
On this particular day, for whatever reason the process of bringing food to the cars was the worst. I waited at the food window for about 15 mins. The service was fine, the issue was they bought food to the cars way in the back. Made no sense. I understand it gets busy, not upset about that. I was bothered that only one person came to check on me. That it was a lot of cars behind me , and instead of them coming earlier to move me out the way. They waited. And waited. And finally asked me to move up, so other people could leave . Mind you, i still did not receive my food. Extremely disappointed in whatever the issue was on this day. Finally i got my food, after having to get out of the car and walk towards the window confused on the hold-up, it was a simple kids meal. No apology was offered for the inconvenience , i received the wrong sauce type (didnt even ask for the type sauce in my bag), and my fries were bottom of the fryer because they were more-so crumbs. Yup.
Be cautious. I ordered the chicken deluxe with pepper jack, fries, and a sun joy 2 days ago. Immediately started having headaches, and then diarrhea. 2 days later i am still in pain and suffering from food poisoning.
I don’t know what has changed with this location as far as “Chick-fil-A customer service standards” but I can’t believe the experience I had this weekend. The manager was very snotty with me and when I tried calling to speak to a different manager, the number on the receipt is someone’s personal number with no voicemail. How unprofessional. I think at this point I think I’m better off just going to the location at Patrick Henry. Very dissappointed.
We went here a couple of days ago. The employees are always so nice and friendly. But it seemed to be an issue when we asked how much was on our gift card that was a gift and our friend did not put the amount. We had to insist over and over for them to check for us. Someone from inside finally told us, but that should not have been an issue. The service was fast, they flow very well, they also work great as a team! Food is fresh, hot, and you leave with a smile from the wonderful service that is rare at a fast food restaurant.
They’re always super efficient at this Chick-fil-A and the food is always good. But what I’m really writing a review for is for their help when my car broke down in the drive-thru. Out of nowhere half a dozen Chick-fil-A employees appeared and pushed my car into a spot, which was no easy task since my transmission was shot and the car was stuck in park. They even brought my food to my car. This was about as great of an experience as I could have had considering the circumstances. Thanks again to everyone who helped out, I really appreciate it.
