Great service! They will be getting a 3 month remodel this summer and will get a 2 lane drive thru and new interior. Can’t wait to see it! ?
I love coming to this Chick-fil-A they have great customer service never a wait the employees are immaculate especially Ms.Sherry she makes my day every time I come always nice and polite ... I have two other Chick-fil-A that's closer to me and I always travel to this one particular keep up the good work
They had 2 people outside taking orders , I'm guessing because the drive thru line was so long ! But it went fast ! When I got to the window my order was ready !
Went into the dining room, and I was the only person in line. There were at least 3 employees at the front counter, and not one acknowledged me or anything. I stood there waiting for at least 5 minutes before they finally addressed the 2 young girls that came in after me, still ignoring me. I finally had to say "excuse me" to get someone's attention despite being looked directly at many times. I understand things get busy and you can't address every customer right away, but someone at the very least could've said "We'll be right with you" or something similar so I knew I wasn't being ignored like I was. Ended up leaving without anything
Went to the restaurant after the lunch crowd had started to wane. The Chick-fil-A restaurants can extremely busy during lunch and dinner times so expect some wait. The restaurants have been very good at taking orders and payment before patrons get to the drive-through ordering board. That said you need to know what you want to order before you get into the line to keep the line moving. If you are one has not been to this restaurant I would use there app to order and get curb-size service.I normally order either the Chick-fil-A deluxe or the spicy deluxe meal. The deluxe sandwiches include a slice of tomato and a leave of romain lettuce. Neither sandwiches have ever disappointed.The meals come with waffle fries and a regular drink. Just be aware that you have a choice of cheeses but the person taking your order may not ask you your choice. As a warning, the spicy sandwich defaults to pepper jack cheese.I do not get the chicken grilled as I am fond of the seasonings and I could not eat the grilled chicken club as the combination of bacon and the grilled seasonings was very unsavory to me. Again that is a personal thing but be aware that the grilled chicken is seasoned.
I got the chicken sandwiches just as expected. As ALWAYS the people involved in our order were frienly and polite.
Service was excellent as it usually is at any Chick-fil-A. I pre-ordered using the app and was able to join the drive in line and they had it all ready for me. It couldn't have been any more painless than that.
I had a drive through, it was fast even with that long line. Spicy Chicken sandwiches are really good.
Only second time I've been to chick -fil-A. The meal was great. The service was excellent and food was hot.
I purchased 2 gallons of sweet tea and a chic fila sandwich. The service was great but the sandwich was not good. The chicken was flat and tasted burnt! I wanted to take it back but I was headed to an Appointment. I have never had this problem at any if the other locations. The tea however was awesome!!
