When I ask you to cook my food a certain way, don't argue with me. If you don't cook it the way I ask, then I can't eat it. Don't tell me you can't make bacon crispy. It you apply it to heat IT WILL GET CRISPY. Also if you could leave the fries in maybe 30 seconds longer, they'll be better as well. Oh and take your attitude somewhere else !! If you can't be cordial to the customer, maybe you shouldn't work with the public. I was very nice, I didn't give any attitude, I just asked you to over cook the bacon. She told me she can't, that it's cooked in the morning, so it isn't possible to make it crispy now. That definitely isn't cooked. Not even a little. This food is just steak-umms

Ft Eustis Food court. 1230 person behind the counter wiping counters ignored me. Shouted out to get her attention and asked if I can place an order she we are out of bread so I said ok I want a salad. She said I don't work here and no one is here. I said but they are open she did not answer
Line was moving fast got to me and all I ordered was fries and a drink I waited about 15 minutes just for the fries and then asked me did they give me my drink and they didn't poor service your jobs not that hard

This is the worst place to have a quick dinner for military families. One excuse after the other. Fryers not working, running out of fries, waiting for other staffs to come in at 6pm so they can start getting food ready. Come on... Please close if you can't serve military families.
Not open during hours. Lady's behind the counter ignored me for a while, then said they were closed and would open "at some point" terrible.
I won't lie, it ain't the best Charlies that I've ever had. But I've never had an issue like a lot of the other reviews have had. While the staff is not what I would call ultra professional, they were not rude to me. Instead, they were more friendly than cold-cut professional. The food has always been fine as well. Although pretty sure they have changed their cheese recently for cheese fries.
We usually go and grab a bite after doctor visits. The staff is usually fine but this time they were so rude. We ordered a sandwich and they messed up and blamed it on me! For this being a military base I was so surprised. After someone was in the army for 29 years you would expect better customer care right? We eventually just walked out in the middle of them making a sandwich. It was too much. Don't think I will be coming back any time soon.
My fries were not cooked and hair in box. Went back and wanted a refund but they would not do it without a receipt. There machine was down so they did not give receipts with purchase and I wasted my whole lunch break.
