This place is great! And my absolute favorite CAVA?. Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.The food is always fantastic? I always come here for brunch with my family and we all highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Newport News Love this place and will continue to visit.
The staff was accomodating. It was a bit late and some food had been depleted, but the servers graciously got fresh food - lamb, romaine.... Even accommodated with extra pitas. My husband's only complaint was he didn't get enough in his bowl. The food at CAVA is always good! Wish I could eat it everyday.
Absolutely my new favorite fast food. Buffet style pick and choose of wonderfully fresh, mostly organic, colorful choice of healthy veggies. The lamb was light spice tasty. Highly recommend this location for friendly service, clean dining area and healthy nutrition for any type taste buds.
Went to Cava this evening in Newport News and the food was still fresh. It was a clean, neat and friendly environment. Lauren and Calvin were great upbeat and full of energy. Educated us on some of the dressing. Now lemon and garlic are our favorites
The food is delicious, a good deal for the amount and taste.Update: I had a minor inconvenience, but the manager Michelle resolved my problem and she did it with a smile! She's an asset when it comes to excellent! customer service! Which these days is rare.
New diabetes patient here. It's nice to have a place you can eat just about everything there. The white rice made with cauliflower amazing. Since rice not on my diet anymore its a great to have a trick to think you doing bad. When being good.
I was very disappointed for my 1st visit! I ordered 1 Greens and Grain bowl- chicken. I was eating my food and realized that I had just taken a few bites and all my chicken was gone & had more greens left with no meat. As you can see the time stamp of my receipt- I explained to the cashier like that was not a good serving. Since ,I had more veggies left, the she charged me for a side of chicken.. Well, I paid and she proceeded to go about her business and work, after standing there for a minute or so, I said excuse me ma'am may I have chicken! Cashier said Oh, I'm sorry I forgot. I spent $15.00 dollars and I will never eat here again. I see why I was not given enough protein with the 1st serving- the chicken was very dry and looked as it was sitting for long time.
I absolutely love Cavas fresh, tasty salads and topping. My visit here today was not so happy. The gal ringing us up started the process and walked away.. we just sat there waiting and waiting....and waiting a whole five minutes before the guy doing the last sald toppings asked us where she went. We had no idea he finally rung us up. The tables were all dirty. We were rushed through the ordering process and I had huge chunks of inedible lettuce pieces in my bowl. Big sad face.
Quality of food is really fresh. If you’re looking for a quick meal that is fresh, full of flavor, and gives you the option to customize to your liking; this is your place. Far better than their competitors. Reasonably priced as well.
Wonderful Mediterranean style cuisine. Clean and open atmosphere. I ordered the crispy falafel pita wrap. It was a little messy but delicious! Everything on the menu looks amazing so I plan to return several times to try everything.
