love this place, great staff, manager always has great attitude. They have a loyal customer 4 times a week.
We hadn't been to a captain D's in what feels like forever so we stopped on our way home. We ordered 2 large family meals and expected to wait a very long time in the drive thru, and to have less than happy staff getting it together because of the large order. As we waited, the staff was very pleasant, smiling and was happy to help. The woman who waited on us was very sweet. We actually didn't wait half as long as we expected, and the fish and hush puppies were excellent! The only thing that wasn't very good was the coleslaw. That was like eating mayo and cabbage. But everything else was great! We would happily come back again!
I love the food here, but the website says that they open at 10:30a. I went there in a Saturday after church since it was almost 10:30. I sat in the drive-thru for about 10min, until I drive around to the window. The girl inside said they don’t open until 11. The sign on the front of the building even said the drive-thru was open. Maybe there should be an update made to the website. It was either that or they started late. Idk
Staff was friendly, it was very busy and it was a very long wait. It seemed that the wait might have been related to customers ahead of us, but happy to have nice staff at least.
Sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes only to get to the menu and get told the fryer is down and they can't make any food. But yet there were still the 3 cars in line ahead of us. They close at 10 and it was 845. Won't be back again.
Food was nice and hot ? fresh fries even though we don't like fries. Not at all crowded??
Fish wasn't fully cooked part was,part wasn't,shrimp was over cooked,if there were O stars I wouldn't give them,they change their staff too often,maybe it's why the quality of their food has lost the taste ?
Horrible, fish was definitely reheated after being cooked for a while. I usually enjoy Captain D's very very much, but today I was very disappointed the fish was so hard I could barely chew it. And I drive over a hundred miles just to come to this Captain D's, because it's the closest one to my home. Just a very bad experience today
Wonderful DoorDash experience as always! I really like that they include salt packets. It seriously made my day the first time I ordered because I was in the middle of a move and didn't have a salt shaker at my new place yet.
Horrible experience. One of the workers obviously didn't wash their hands or something before making my food. I ordered a chicken tender meal and only ate half of it. An hour later I started experiencing diarrhea symptoms. It has been 24 hours and I'm still sick. I won't ever return to this restaurant again. Eat there at your own risk.
