We had a group of 7 that came in and our waitress Shelby did SUCH AN AWESOME JOB!!!! She ran a table of 20,3 booths and our table and I mean this girl ran and ran and ran and made sure we had everything and needed and wanted for NOTHING!!!! SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUFFALO WILD WINGS SHOULD BE VERY PROUD TO HAVE SUCH AN AMAZING PERSON WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!!!! Thanks to Shelby my family and I will definitely be back!!!!! GREAT JOB ONCE AGAIN!!!! <3
I must be a glutton for punishment. 5 out of the last 6 times I have ordered take out from this company my order has been wrong or is missing a major component such as an entire meal (not just sauce or something trivial). I don't fancy myself as a complainer either. In fact with good service I am willing to put up with quite a bit. To be fair this has happened at the Hampton location as well. Every time I tell myself maybe they have improved, or the other times were a fluke. Nope. They are consistently wrong. This will definitely be the last time I order from this restaurant. They are a major chain, by now they should have an efficient system implemented.
There will be no stars here...?The experience was just plain terrible and I don't know how to state that the waiter was very nice.He tried very much to give us time to order, look over the menu, made suggestions and he had also let us know when he would be back when he went away...But,. several times he took forever to come back ( the place was not crowded ) and until upon serving the last item - he never came back however, the last item was dessert and someone else served it...Eventually, the manager had to be called out to discuss the obvious...??
This location does it right. I have been to another location in New York and I was not impressed, but this location in Newport News did it right. The wings were prepared perfectly, and was delicious, and the onion rings were very tasty as well. I will definitely go back there.
Food I ordered was delicious, but I ask that they work on the in-house logistics. I ordered online and picked up. The pick--up experience was a bit harried. There was a lady with a clipboard taking down names of orders for pick-up, but she seemed flustered. There were other servers hovering around a register and I wondered why they weren't helping as there were other folks waiting to be seated and just there to pick-up.The folks were nice however and I appreciate the hard work they're doing during this time.
Our server today was great! She was attentive and friendly.. not so much luck for other visits. The time of day may have been a factor. We enjoy catching the game, catching up and eating wings! 4 stars based on pricing and restaurant cleanliness.
Horrible service at the bar. Appetizers were brought out wrong and took forever. When we said something, it was an inconvenience to bring the correct ones. I orrdered 10 wings 1/2 garlic parm 1/2 mild. Received all mild. My husband and I both got celery and carrots with our wings. Celery was dried out and brown on the edges and carrots were slimy. Will not be returning to this location again.
Ordered brisket tacos and hot wings with hot sauce on the side to go. The food was 20 minutes late from their own set time. The tacos were awesome. The wings (this restaurant's specialty) left much to be desired...was served naked wings with hot sauce on the side. This wasn't discovered until we were home and ready to eat. I can tolerate late, but not late plus a wrong order. Too many places in this town serve chicken wings for me to return here.
I advise not going on Tuesdays, they are committed not out of items and when talking with the manager instead of solving the problem she advised coming on Wednesdays instead..After a lot of back and forth the recommendation from the GM remains not going on Tuesdays as they will likley be out of things.The bathrooms have also really gotten nasty, the toilet seat in the men's room is fairly damaged and the base of the toilet has caked on feces that's been present for at least two weeks.
Fries were awful. No flavor and cold. Chicken sandwich was good.Bartender did the bare minimum to do her job. She had no personality, unfriendly, and miserable.There are too many restaurant choices in the area. I won't go back.
